06/04/2026: A charming restaurant, expertly renovated: the interior details convey Ladin hospitality. Excellent food: unique and traditional dishes. A special mention goes to the apple pie: a reinterpretation of the classic strudel that makes every bite a delight. The young but highly experienced waiters/owners were very courteous and efficient.
05/04/2026: We had dinner on Easter Sunday and had a great time. The service was excellent, everything was well prepared, and the waiters were very friendly and knowledgeable.
The food was truly exceptional, and we had a great time.
Recommended.
We'll definitely be back.

10/03/2026: I spent a very pleasant evening here with friends. It's a family-run restaurant, very cozy and warm, with attention to every detail. The food is exquisite. I was offered the osobucco, and it was a hit; it melted in my mouth, 10/10. And that cat 😊. I highly recommend it.
09/03/2026: Went there for dinner and it was absolutely incredible. The service was amazing, the food was delicious and so fresh! Even if you’re not staying at the hotel check out the restaurant, worth it!

19/03/2026: The place is incredibly welcoming, you feel like you're at home with the super friendly and kind waiters who pamper you. The atmosphere is sometimes so charming that many customers speak in hushed tones, almost fearing they'll ruin the atmosphere. The food is delicious! Everything is excellent and attention to detail is second nature.

05/01/2026: The food is delicious and beautiful and warm and welcoming. Unfortunately we went there to book and they didn't give us a table reservation. Then we went back after the aperitif and they made us wait because everyone had a reservation.

07/04/2026: I have been coming to this hotel for many years and it is now like a second home, the table service is perfect and the rooms are welcoming.
23/02/2026: We had a very pleasant stay. A cozy, homey atmosphere. The hotel is very clean and spacious. The food was delicious, including a generous breakfast and a four- or five-course dinner in the evening. The family and staff are friendly and welcoming. Easily accessible by car, public transport, and ski bus. The location is quiet and close to a supermarket and shops.

17/03/2026: Once I discovered this wine bar, I found myself coming back every evening during my ski trip for aperitif time—I only wish I had found it sooner. Max is a fantastic host, the wines are excellent, and his recommendations are always worth trying. Whether the bar is busy or quiet, the atmosphere remains warm, friendly, and unpretentious. This place was truly one of the highlights of my week in San Vigilio. Hopefully I will be back next season.

The welcoming atmosphere and the four-course South Tyrolean menu at the Garsun were incredibly generous and delicious 😋

20/09/2025: We've been regular guests at the Graziani for years, both in winter and briefly in summer. What can we say? We've come to our Graziani family! The accommodations are charming (and very clean), the food is excellent, and the entire staff is simply commendable and welcoming. The location and the panoramic views are simply unbeatable. We're already looking forward to our next stay!

13/12/2025: Be cautious if you have allergens!! Great looking building, had lunch outside with 10 friends.
Service was very slow, and they were not overly busy.
2 mains arrived then a wait of 15-20 minutes for the other 8 meals, by which time the first 2 where finished. Scarily my pizza without cheese arrived with cheese, and I was told it was not cheese but the mushrooms! Staggering! I returned it and 5 minutes later the correct pizza arrived. Be very cautious if you have allergens!! Won't be returning.
31/08/2025: Driven by curiosity for a very frank response to a negative review, I chose to eat at this restaurant, and the result was excellent. The food was good, plentiful, with attention to the plating, excellent table service, a magnificent view from the large windows, and prices absolutely in line with other restaurants in the valley. 10 out of 10
