23/10/2024: Buffet with plastic plates and fork without knife. Upon request they provided steel cutlery. Good cold cuts. For the rest normal food. However, my opinion is not objective because it was a dinner for the 50th anniversary of the graduation of students who are now unfortunately sixty-nine years old. .

12/01/2025: Difficult review to write, as the restaurant and the cuisine would certainly deserve a higher rating, at least 4 or 5*, due to the many good and well-presented typical Tuscan dishes, in a well-kept and comfortable place... But... The staff must be sure and make sure of the customers' requests: although a lactose intolerance was made known at the time of the order, one of the dishes ordered had a side dish included, mashed potatoes, unfortunately containing milk and dairy products. The even worse problem is that this allergen wasn't even listed on the menu! Definitely a serious oversight, both by the chef and the staff! It went well, since after a tasting they asked for more information and the dish was sent back! I definitely recommend reviewing the menu and taking better care of customers' health! In this case the unfortunate person got away with a night in the bathroom, but in cases of significant allergies, the situation could have ended in very different ways.
