13/09/2025: Great value for money (everything is a bit dated, but absolutely fine), great pool, beautiful view. There's a tennis court, a soccer field, a playground, two pools, and a restaurant. The pool bar is also very good. All in all, it's simply fantastic, especially with children.
26/08/2025: I only used the pool, the on-site restaurant, and the bar. The location is beautiful, green, quiet, and relaxing.

19/10/2025: When vacationing in Tuscany, you have to think carefully about the right location to keep the distances somewhat under control. This was perfect for us; the complex is very well-maintained and beautifully designed. There are many vacation apartments and a few rooms, like a village in its own right.
19/10/2025: We would normally have given 5 stars, but this time only 3.
The pools were all closed, even when it was 25°C and sunny, which can happen if the property deems it appropriate (they are normally open from May 1 to October 1).
One point less for this decision, which went against what we were told when booking, and for the disappointment of the children; another for the refusal to provide a sun lounger to an 85-year-old guest.
The staff remains friendly and competent, but obviously bound by management's decisions.
We hope the property will invest a little more in maintenance of the property and in attention to guests next season.

03/11/2025: We went there for lunch today. Drawn by the owner's friendliness while we were strolling through Riparbella, it was a pleasant surprise. The dishes are traditional Tuscan. Delicious. We also had the tagliata. Exceptional.
02/11/2025: A small tavern in the center of town. The food is very good, and the wild boar was cooked to perfection. It's a shame about the owner's rudeness.

I encourage everyone who has been, is, or will be in the area to try it. It's truly worth it!

12/09/2024: Buongiorno, ho conosciuto questo ristorante perché sono stato contattato dalla titolare signora Tiziana. Una persona che a prima vista sembrava educata e gentile.
Io lavoro per un’azienda familiare che vende prodotti alimentari e la signora Tiziana ha cominciato a lavorare con me. Dopo un mese di lavoro ho chiesto il pagamento delle fatture, lei ha detto che non c’è la faceva a coprire tutto il debito. Però mi fece un assegno pregandomi di incassarlo dopo una ventina di giorni. Purtroppo l’assegno e tornato indietro impagato (insoluto). Scrivo questa memoria per chiedere ( visto che la signora si nega) a lei di fare il pagamento. Siamo una piccola azienda e la cifra è cospicua ( svariate migliaia di euro) e ci ha messo in forte difficoltà economica. Chi legge deve sapere quando un esercizio fa dei buoni piatti, ma anche se è serio con i suoi collaboratori e fornitori. Perché chi non ha rispetto dei fornitori non ha rispetto neanche dei clienti. Spero serva a qualcosa questa mia forzatura. La prego signora Tiziana di pagare 🙏🏻. Grazie

Cibo ottimo abbiamo, noi scelto il menù degustazione mare
Ambiente intimo e riservato con musica di sottofondo e aria condizionata
Insomma un’esperienza fantastica oltre le nostre aspettative
