28/10/2024: We celebrated our wedding in an informal way in this restaurant that we already knew. The location is to promote the Tuscan landscape in the world!!! The owner was very kind and helpful in meeting our requests for organizing the event. Together we identified the menu which then achieved unanimous success, thanks above all to the quality of the dishes, therefore particular praise to the chef and the entire kitchen. The staff, professionally efficient and discreet, were particularly kind, even taking unsolicited but very welcome initiatives, such as cutting the cake on that splendid terrace overlooking the beautiful vineyards. 19/12/2024: What can I say... I've wanted to try this restaurant for a long time and I regret not having done it sooner! The menu is divided into Tuscan menu OR The chef's menu The dishes we tasted were delicious, almost all taken from the chef's menu, compliments for the combinations, a symphony of flavours. 05/10/2024: Non è la prima volta che veniamo in questo delizioso ristorante, una certezza! L'ambiente è molto curato, il servizio impeccabile e ti riempiono di premure (ad esempio offrendoti un calice di prosecco e una schiacciata all'olio calda per ingannare l'attesa), il menù è sempre diverso, sia di pesce che di carne. Quello che apprezziamo particolarmente è la riscoperta di sapori tradizionali che non si trovano facilmente. Noi ad esempio abbiamo optato per uno squisito sformato di gobbi (o cardi), per un antipasto toscano con degli affettati squisiti, tagliolini ai funghi e ziti con polpettine, pomodoro e provola. A seguire degli ottimi involtini di asparagi e pecorino con contorno di patate arrosto e funghi!!! Per finire un ottimo tiramisù e una schiacciata con l'uva. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

05/01/2025: Excellent food. Impeccable service. Really friendly staff. Possibility of choosing between fixed menu and à la carte. Truly honest prices given the excellent quality of the raw materials used. Clean, welcoming environment with wonderful panoramic views of the hills. One star less for the environment item due to the presence of the dog owned by the managers (beautiful and very calm) who occasionally walked among the tables... it might not be appreciated by everyone. I highly recommend trying this restaurant! Excellent quality/price!

27/12/2024: A beautiful reality suitable for families. Found by chance we decided to try this farm and the choice turned out to be a winning one. The structure is very beautiful, upon entering you find yourself in front of a beautiful lit fireplace (always makes an impression) while on the left there is the room with a large bright window at the end that opens onto the valleys below while the roof with beams views complete the picture. The restaurant offers a Tuscan menu with several tasty choices, I personally tried the carpaccio, the fillet with porcini mushrooms and the raw cheesecake with salted caramel. As a wine, an organic red blend of their production that is light but which accompanies the type of cuisine well. The dishes are good and arrive at the right time, the service is discreet and the bill is definitely in line with the proposal. The real strong point of this structure is the farm with chickens, rabbits, goats, pigs, geese and a donkey without considering the tree house. All in all, a nice place where you can eat well and spend carefree hours with the children and nature. Handsome!

17/08/2024: Il posto è bello, forse all'esterno non curatissimo. Altra pecca manca un po' di attenzione al cliente. All'arrivo nessuno ci ha spiegato nulla, poi secondo me inconcepibile che alle 16:00 la camera non sia stata ancora rifatta. Questo vuole solo essere un suggerimento e non una critica inutile. Potete fare meglio perché vale la pena visitare il vostro Podere
