It was a real pleasure for us to experience this in your home, which made us feel at home too! Important detail! The cuisine is extraordinary!!! Each dish is an explosion of authentic, delicate flavor, without being forced, and perfectly balanced! The service is always friendly, present, and attentive! 08/06/2026: My wife and I got married here at Baglio Borgesati yesterday. I think this place has a positive energy. Everyone has always spoken highly of it, and we put ourselves in their hands, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The entire staff, besides being truly efficient and knowledgeable, made us feel at ease with their friendliness and expertise. Guests can stay in beautiful, spacious rooms and enjoy an excellent breakfast. Rarely have I thought that someone offering a service cares more than I do about the details, but here we were surprised because they made what we had imagined even more beautiful. 03/03/2026: We were highly recommended! An exceptional lunch with high-quality, ultra-fresh ingredients: the busiate pasta with sardines, a frionfo of gizzard, the pasta with shrimp, peas, and artichokes with a delicate buttata, the fresh and delicious fried cod, and the roasted octopus, which doesn't need fava bean purée to soften it, but the combination is definitely worth trying. If we return to Gibellina, this is a must-try!

13/05/2026: I was looking for a place that would deliver since I live out of town. I called and found someone super helpful. The next morning, the tray of desserts I ordered arrived right on time. The recipients thanked me because everything was delicious. I'll keep them in mind for future orders.
