06/01/2024: The restaurant is located in a wonderful location overlooking the sea, where you can admire incredible sunsets. From a culinary point of view it is the best restaurant in Pantelleria, with incredible and innovative dishes and combinations of flavours. There is no fixed dish but it changes often, as the chef wants you to taste the best raw materials of each season. It also offers a varied selection of local and non-local wines... In short, more than a restaurant, I would define it as an experience, which anyone who comes to Pantelleria must absolutely try.

30/09/2023: Consigliato da un amico locale,zona nordest dell'isola,un po inerpicato ed isolato,ma con park comodo e bella vista. Molto curato e con spazi allaperto,,personale cordiale,veloci in cucina, tutto molto buono,prezzi onesti (1 antip,1 primo, 2 secondi con contorni, 2 dolci,vino,passito,amari offerti=85€). Da provare e ci ritornerò
25/09/2023: Bel locale, tutte le pietanze sono di qualità e di buon gusto. L'unica cosa che andrebbe migliorata è che bisognerebbe portare il menù sempre in tavola a tutti gli ospiti, in modo tale da avere un'idea del prezzo che si andrà a pagare.

Da poco passate le 14.
Sedersi, nessuno viene a chiedere cosa vuoi ordinare.
Andiamo al banco a ordinare tre caffè e ci viene risposto che :NON SIAMO MICA UN BAR!!!! ( quando la scritta fuori dice il contrario).
Consiglio di educare il personale:
prima di tutto una cameriera non dovrebbe mai rispondere in questo modo ad un cliente, e poi dovrebbe quanto meno sapere che servizi offre il locale per cui lavora .
Un occasione di educazione mancata .

04/04/2024: The owner was very kind and opened beyond all expectations and allowed me to come in and visit the shop even though it was being set up. The place was well looked after down to the smallest details and relaxing, young and of high quality. There are typical products from Pantelleria. ;for me all this is at the top!!!.... I bought some products which I must write are very good, indeed of excellent quality. Thanks for your hospitality, it was a pleasure!
30/10/2023: Certainly one of the most renowned places in the area, fresh products, cakes, juices or centrifuges. The Bar is also a shop with typical products of the island.
The only flaw is that in the tart the presence of jam is disproportionate to the pastry, everything else I've tried at various breakfasts has always satisfied me.
Service OK, parking in the port adjacent to the restaurant near one of the petrol stations on the island.

23/04/2024: We stopped coming from Cala Gadir and were headed to the Byzantine tombs of Gibbiuna. We drank an excellent shaken coffee. The bar had, despite it being the afternoon, an excellent choice of savory and sweet dishes. The girl was very kind and helpful. If you're in the area, stop by. ++++

Personale gentile ed efficiente e proprietari amabili e professionali.
Interessante il menù che propone periodiche new entry . Nicchia e Dispensa si completano offrendo un servizio ineguagliabile. Il miglior locale dell’isola a nostro avviso. P.S. Non dimentichiamoci della pizza … favolosa !!!

29/09/2023: Ci siamo stati martedì sera e ci siamo trovati benissimo sia come location sia x la cena squisita! Giusto rapporto qualità prezzo e il personale attento e cortese così come il proprietario che, con orgoglio, ci ha mostrato il suo antico dammuso di famiglia trasformato nel meraviglioso ristorante che ci ha accolto mantenendo l impronta di un tempo! Stasera ci torniamo! Grazie a voi tutti

Ottima la qualità del cibo.
Location stupenda e caratteristica.
Personale gentilissimo e super disponibile.
Prezzi un po' più alti della media ma lo è anche la qualità. Consigliatissimo.

07/01/2024: Fantastica location, calda ed avvolgente. Davide ci ha accolto offrendoci un ottimo vin brulé scaldato su una stufa a legna. Cibo eccellente e porzioni abbondanti. I vini che producono sono vero nettare. Ristorante da non perdere!

29/08/2023: Frequentiamo Pantelleria da diversi anni e ad ogni arrivo la prima cena è sempre all'Altamarea. Il posto è davvero suggestivo, la cucina buona e il prezzo, a mio giudizio adeguato a quanto offerto. Leggo recensioni di chi si aspettava degustazioni stellari: posso essere d'accordo, ma in questo caso i prezzi sono ben più alti.
15/08/2023: Se pensi di mangiare in questo ristorante in modo tradizionale non è il posto giusto perchè si tratta di un posto ricercato dove la preparazione del cibo è attenta alla tradizione per gli ingredienti ma è ricercata nella preparazione e nell'impiattamento. Davvero un'ottima esperienza.
