14/10/2024: The staff were incompetent, the food was a nightmare, the room was wonderful and the little we were eating they immediately took away our plates in front of us, the welcome was a nightmare because they didn't even offer us a glass of water. You can never compete with the hospitality of Naples.

11/08/2024: Food not up to the appearance of the room, we were not given a very simple Coca Cola because "it was not asked for by the spouses" I understand everything but a Coke I don't think would have changed the life of the room given that everywhere we went also if it wasn't foreseen they always brought it to us in a completely natural way. No directives regarding entertainment and every band or DJ who comes is obliged to do it themselves, I was really disappointed given that visually it is a beautiful room but it can't be done that way.
