I ordered two pizzas for delivery at 8:30 PM. They arrived around 9:40 PM.
I called at 9:00 PM to politely ask how they were doing, and a lady told me they were on their way out. It's a shame I didn't even get an apology; that would have been enough.
At 9:30 PM, since the pizzas hadn't arrived yet, I called back to ask for an explanation, and an annoyed gentleman replied, "They're on their way out, goodbye," and hung up on me while I was still talking.
I would have told him all this personally, avoiding a negative review, but since it wasn't in his interest, I'm writing it here.
A bad evening, with a lot of confusion, can happen, but if you apologize to the person who's leaving you money, as far as I'm concerned, the matter ends there. That wasn't the case.
As for the pizzas, the toppings are good and well-matched, but they arrived lukewarm and a bit shattered. I found the dough to be thick and too heavy for my taste.

Tutto il personale molto gentile.
Buoni i piatti di terra e medio bassi i prezzi.

È stata una piacevole esperienza anche se quando abbiamo chiesto dell'olio ci hanno portato dell'olio in bustine, quello industriale per interdeci, proveniente dalla Unione europea. Col tantissimo olio buono che abbiano nelle nostre zone questo non lo accetto, infatti alla fine non ne ho usato.
Comunque è un locale che consiglio.
