The environment is welcoming and warm, with an appropriately varied menu. The starters turned out to be excellent, particularly the fried ricotta, which struck me with its well-executed simplicity: crunchy on the outside, without sacrificing the flavor and natural sweetness of the ricotta. As a first course I chose hazelnut tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and crispy Nebrodi black pork. The flavor was intense and wild, with the mushrooms standing out for their quality and freshness, so much so that they gave the impression of being freshly picked. If this were not the case, an excellent conservation technique must certainly be recognized. Finally, the pizza dough turned out to be extraordinarily light, confirming the high quality of the entire gastronomic experience. Everything really excellent. Finally, super cheap prices considering the quality ratio of the dish, it must also be due to the place where I noticed having super affordable prices for more or less everything in town
