27/09/2025: We didn't take any photos of the dishes because we couldn't resist! The "crostone quinto" was delicious, made with fresh, quality ingredients. The appetizers were also excellent, especially the "fried pasta with pancetta and pistachio cream," the "chips with quinto sauce," and the "arancinetti with Angus ragù" (not as small as the name suggests, but well-fried and delicious). The cocktails were decent, but could be improved! Just one small complaint about the Spritz, which was a bit too watery... The location, just steps from Milazzo Castle, is very charming. Recommended; we'll gladly return!

06/10/2025: The food was good, but was not worth the price, specially the dessert's. The waitresses were kind though not very willing to provide the receipt before paying the bill. Gesture that I did not like at all.

04/10/2025: We simply had an excellent experience at this restaurant. As soon as you walk in, you pass a beautiful open kitchen that rivals that of a Michelin-starred restaurant. The owners are incredibly kind people and you immediately feel like part of the family. The dishes showcase the tradition of Sicilian cuisine, with an exciting, chic new twist from the chef. Highly recommended, make sure to have a dinner here while visiting Milazzo!

02/10/2025: We grabbed two sandwiches at Stuzzikosa in the morning before our boat ride to Lipari. It is conveniently located about 3 blocks from the ferry dock. The two people that helped us were extremely friendly and were patient with our "broken" Italian and spoke to us in English. The sandwiches had very good meat, cheese, and fresh components. The cost was super reasonable (4.50 Euro each) and the sandwich was more than filling. I ordered the Pizzicoso and was very happy with my choice. I am definitely considering stopping at Stuzzikosa on the return trip from Lipari. This has been the best sandwich I have had in my two weeks in Italy!

23/09/2025: It was unexpected. We didn’t know the place, we are at the hotel nearby and we walked around and we have a pleasant surprise to discover this restaurant. The pizza was excellent, the sicilian salad also very good. The staff was very friendly and kind and the restaurant was nice. We highly recommend it. The pizza is a true Italian pizza. We love it.

13/10/2025: The pizza is simply amazing, and the selection is great too. You get a free limoncello at the end.

12/10/2025: My favorite pizzeria… "Absolutely positive experience"—one of the best pizzas. Excellent quality pizza, well-leavened, with a long-rising dough, topped with top-quality DOP ingredients, and absolutely easy to digest. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously maintained. ☺️

12/09/2025: The best advertisement for this place is the reviews. It's a well-known fact that it's still a gas station bar and tobacconist, but the quality of the food and the helpfulness of the staff make all the difference. It's worth deviating from your itinerary and, why not, visiting on purpose.

01/09/2025: Everything was delicious and very fresh. The platter was just a bit pricey for what it contained. I wasn't crazy about the chicken meatballs. I recommend adding a little more. The only downside is that you have to order it yourself, with an army of waiters just standing there and watching you do nothing. Otherwise, they were kind and friendly.

30/09/2025: one of the most interesting restaurants in the area, a new location for them with a beautiful relaxing outdoor space. chef Giacomo Caravello offers excellent traditional dishes with a touch of magic, the sea urchin crostini and the grilled octopus are very good. His first delicate and great tasting balice is worth trying. Congratulations to the guys in the dining room and to the sommelier who made us try beautiful things from the slopes of Etna

15/09/2025: I came alone during one of my business trips. Besides the top-notch service—friendly and precise—the food is out of this world. The Albacore steak and Albacore sashimi with sea urchin on top were sensational. Five stars is too few, and the prices are more than fair. A restaurant like this in Rome would cost three times as much.

06/10/2025: A traditional and very well-maintained restaurant. Salvatore, the boss, delighted us with his hospitality, and the staff was very helpful and cheerful. 19/10/2025: Today I bought some small pastries. I'm very sorry to admit that the quality was very poor. They were hard, and the cream was sour. It's unfair to sell old products, on the verge of expiration. I'm deeply disappointed.

24/10/2025: All in all great food, excellent owner/staff and lovely little courtyard. Food was fresh and not rushed. We ordered a mix of seafood, meat and parmigano melanzane all went down a treat.

06/09/2025: The shrimp tartare was incredibly fresh and delicious. The service was impeccable: Giusy was incredibly kind, the waiters were helpful, and the staff was delightfully friendly. The price was fair for the quality. Highly recommended! Plus, you get the feeling of being in a genuine, authentic, and welcoming place.
