The wine recommendation was particularly lovely; the red wine served with the meal was a perfect match and rounded off the evening beautifully. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy; you immediately feel welcome. The service was attentive and warm, especially the wine recommendation – a big thank you for that! A place you'll gladly recommend and visit again yourself.

06/11/2025: Come in!! Trust me Despite the entrance, the place is clean and dignified. The food is excellent and the value is excellent. And the lovely and kind waitress who welcomes you with a big smile is gold these days. Recommended!!!!

It's a well-known fact that it's still a gas station bar and tobacconist, but the quality of the food and the helpfulness of the staff make all the difference. It's worth deviating from your itinerary and, why not, visiting on purpose.

07/01/2026: They served us a pizza with obvious burnt parts without asking if we wanted to request a replacement. To make matters worse, even though we'd left burnt leftovers on our plates, the waitress took our plates away as if nothing had happened. Highly not recommended.

Extremely kind, knowledgeable, and always available, he expertly guided us through the wine selection, suggesting perfect pairings with each course. His passion and attention to detail made the experience even more enjoyable. The quality of the food is excellent: fresh ingredients, carefully crafted dishes, and balanced flavors. The portions are perfectly designed: you arrive at the end of the meal feeling full but not weighed down, with the feeling of having savored each course to perfection. The price is absolutely in line with the quality offered; in fact, considering the attentive service and the high quality of the cuisine, it's even reasonable. Every single flavor is well-balanced and perfectly paired. The dishes are a succession of taste and refinement. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The service is attentive and courteous. 22/01/2026: Today, while looking for somewhere to eat, I found this restaurant. Its decor caught my eye; I thought it was very original. I made a great choice; we had a delicious meal. Everything was excellent. It was worth skipping Barcelona.

02/10/2025: We grabbed two sandwiches at Stuzzikosa in the morning before our boat ride to Lipari. It is conveniently located about 3 blocks from the ferry dock. The two people that helped us were extremely friendly and were patient with our "broken" Italian and spoke to us in English. The sandwiches had very good meat, cheese, and fresh components. The cost was super reasonable (4.50 Euro each) and the sandwich was more than filling. I ordered the Pizzicoso and was very happy with my choice. I am definitely considering stopping at Stuzzikosa on the return trip from Lipari. This has been the best sandwich I have had in my two weeks in Italy!

The staff is always very helpful, professional, and friendly. Kudos to all the staff, and especially to Mr. Nino, whose warmth and kindness make us feel welcome every time we visit. I absolutely recommend it.
