03/02/2026: This is my third time at Gigliotto. So I feel ready to give an objective review. The positives: the wine is sublime, the food has improved significantly since the first time, so I can confidently give 5 stars to the chef, the dining room staff, and the owner for their hospitality. The only negative is the rooms, which are now old and in need of renovation. On the other hand, you can take a guided tour of the winery accompanied by the owner and his children.

21/12/2025: I'm giving it 3 stars, but for me it's worth less simply because I personally found the singer and karaoke very deafening, but the other people were having fun, so if you like that kind of thing, it deserves more attention. The pizza is large but not very tasty; it was Saturday, so I understand it takes a bit long to serve, but waiting over an hour... In any case, the waiters were very kind.
06/12/2025: Simply test it the first time you set foot in it, then... rest assured, you will return to it whenever you need it.

12/02/2025: Accogliente, pulitissimo, proprietari gentili e disponibili. Qualità del cibo eccellente, cucinato con competenza e tanta dedizione
01/10/2024: Nel clima di generale e ormai irreversibile decadenza della ristorazione italiana (vedi disgustosi micro-pseudo-arancini portopalesi e compagnia cantando), questo piccolo luogo incastonato tra le dolci colline dell'entroterra siciliano pare resistere con un certo stile alla tempesta della massificazione. Mi sono trovato bene. Aria fantastica, facilità di parcheggio. Cameriere e titolari molto cortesi. Nel dettaglio: assolutamente sublime la carne ai ferri. Agnello, salsiccia, costine di maiale, vitello. Da leccarsi i baffi. Sapori di un tempo andato. Ottime le tagliatelle ai funghi porcini e la norma, unico neo la cottura eccessiva della pasta. Buon vino locale, forte e generoso. Porzioni abbondanti, stragenerosità da parte del caposala nel porgere bis inclusi nel prezzo della singola porzione. Ottimi anche gli antipasti. Gradito lo sconto finale, davvero generoso. Se privo di confusione il ristorante si anima di in un clima di cortesia e modestia contadina che invogliano al gusto e favoriscono la serenità del cliente. Consiglio di visitare questo ristorante nei giorni feriali. Evitare il weekend. Evitare il menù fisso. Datemi retta, sono molto ingenerose le critiche che si possono leggere su queste pagine... Seguite i miei consigli. Andate con fiducia.
