Personale qualificato , gentile e premuroso, soprattutto una cameriera in particolare mi ha colpito con il suo sorriso travolgente e la sua gentilezza.
03/06/2025: A stopover during our trip around Etna with the CircumEtnea, Caffè Europa is a welcome, refreshing, and gourmet break. The welcome is very warm, the tavola calda is delicious, and the selection of cakes is very large.
I recommend it.

18/04/2025: We arrived at this bar, a terrible cold and empty diner, a very bad reception and owner with a good deal of rudeness towards customers. Experience not to be repeated. €2.20 cents per piece of inedible wood!
