12/06/2025: La Strega Storia&Passione – A certainty for those who love to eat well and feel at home
We have been frequenting La Strega Storia&Passione for a long time, both for lunch and dinner, with my family (we have two children) and often with friends. It is one of those places where you always return with pleasure, certain of finding hospitality, quality and good food.
The restaurant is spacious and well organized, with two large connected rooms: the first can accommodate up to sixty people, while the second is ideal for parties, events or large groups. In the summer, you can also eat outside, a pleasant and relaxing option especially on warmer evenings.
The open kitchen is an added value: seeing chef Giuseppe at work is already a taste of the experience that awaits you. His dishes, seafood and meat, are carefully prepared, tasty and presented with a refined but never exaggerated gourmet touch, in addition to his availability and expertise, in transforming these dishes for those who have intolerances.
Another great strength is the pizza. Pizza chef Donato works with a truly successful contemporary dough: light, fragrant and digestible. He also specializes in gluten-free pizza, prepared with great skill, and also offers excellent Roman-style pizzas.
The menu is complete and varied: appetizers, first courses, meat and fish second courses, always with quality ingredients and balanced combinations. The selection of wines, craft beers and cocktails is also excellent. The homemade desserts made by the chef are a real treat to end on a high note.
Finally, a note of merit for the bathrooms, often overlooked in other places: large, clean and elegant, which is especially important for those with children.
In conclusion, La Strega Storia&Passione is a restaurant where you eat well, are welcomed with kindness and always have a great experience. Recommended with all my heart for families, friends and special moments

13/06/2025: We have been to La Locanda dello Zing several times, even on special occasions such as family birthdays, and each time it has been an impeccable experience. The place is small, with few seats, which makes it intimate, refined and cared for in the smallest details, the perfect environment for those looking for uncompromising quality.
What immediately strikes you is the attention to the selection of drinks: wines, sparkling wines, craft beers, bitters, rums and high-quality gins, chosen with taste and expertise. Maurizio, the owner, is a true connoisseur and always knows how to recommend the right pairing between dish and glass, guiding the guest with passion and professionalism.
One of the most appreciable things is that for each dish Maurizio takes the time to tell the story, the ingredients and the preparation, adding value to the gastronomic experience and transmitting all the care with which the menu is conceived.
In the kitchen there is Ivana, Maurizio's sister, who prepares each course entirely in-house. The dishes are refined, balanced and full of personality, from seafood and meat appetizers to first courses, second courses and desserts, all with attention to detail and prepared with high-quality ingredients. Upon request, you can also enjoy excellent raw fish, always very fresh and served with elegance.
Every visit is a journey through authentic and refined flavors, served with courtesy, passion and a familiar touch that makes everything even more special.
A little gem that deserves to be discovered and appreciated by those who love good food, done well and with heart.
Highly recommended.
19/05/2025: Very small portions, despite a first course (three tortelli...!), a second course and a dessert (micro), we left still hungry. Too bad, the food is good, the environment is nice and the owner is competent, but too expensive for the small portions.

24/06/2025: We celebrated our son's Communion, a lovely place, friendly and helpful staff. We ate very well with generous portions and above all we didn't have the problem of personally providing the cake and related decorations (thanks Arianna!). We will definitely return for the next occasion.

09/07/2025: I couldn't wait for it to reopen. The wait time for the right pizzas was long, the staff were friendly, and I found them to be very helpful. The prices seemed fair.
01/06/2025: We had dinner and tasted an excellent pizza with a really light dough and the typical aroma of a wood-fired oven: the choice fell on the pizza that bears the name of the restaurant, stuffed with fior di latte, cherry tomatoes, Norcia sausage and chopped pistachios. The cooking was impeccable, especially under the pizza and pleasant speckles on the surface. The flavor of the Norcia sausage was unique. The choice of dessert fell on a chocolate cake with a soft center, a sweet and balanced flavor that was not cloying to the palate, served with a decoration that was pleasant to the eye. The total cost of the dinner for 3 pizzas, 2 drinks, 2 desserts and the service charge is perfectly in line with the quality of the food, as well as the speed of the service. A place to definitely return to.

Nice and rustic environment in a strategic position in the most central area of Palagianello.

07/09/2023: Ho girato tantissimi ristoranti ma arrivare in Puglia e trovare un ristorante pizzeria,che per i primi li devo prenotare qualche giorno prima è intollerabile.dopo aver ordinato diversi antipasti i della casa neanche un tozzo di pane.in più il bancomat non funzionava.ps come alternativa solo pizza
14/08/2023: Pizza molto buona, proprietari gentilissimi ed estremamente disponibili. Abbiamo preso 3 pizze da asporto e ci hanno servito anche se stavano chiudendo. Prezzi bassissimi e qualità della pizza ottima, 18€ per 3 e pizze e 2 coca cola. Straconsigliato!
