12/10/2025: Sunday lunch with a set menu (actually, some modifications are possible). Excellent food, friendly service, and an exceptional location. The last stretch of road isn't the most pleasant, but it's well worth it.

31/10/2025: The menu is repetitive but well-established, given the clientele, and reservations are required for a table. Signora Gina is very active and available to help customers request second courses. The service is typical of an old-fashioned trattoria, which I appreciate. The appetizers (salami and good lard) deserve second helpings, and the polenta concia is a bit bland but tasty. My only flaw is the chicken stew, which is over-soaked in cooking oil, making it slightly nauseating. But it was cooked well.
02/10/2025: A simple, welcoming atmosphere in Vachiusella, with a breathtaking view, simple, spartan rooms, and delicious home-cooked food. Parking is a bit tricky, but worth it for the location.

30/10/2025: When a Sardinian discovers the Alps, they literally travel through time and space. Eating in a mountain refuge is something we know, but this is truly another dimension.
Thanks to my life partner who took me to the places of her childhood, and thanks to the owner of L'Mulin who pampered us and made us feel at home, as is their custom in this corner of paradise.
Come, come, come and eat the traditional cuisine prepared here.
26/09/2025: Moderate prices, but little variety on the menu. The mushroom pasta was a simple cream and mushroom dish. Polenta with sausage or cheese—don't expect the typical mountain hut fare, as the cheese and sausage are served separately.

20/04/2025: Hallo. Wir haben heute mit der ganzen Familie sehr gut gegessen. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr familiär. Ich habe es sehr genossen und bedanke mich für den herzlichen Empfang. Ich kann das Restaurant nur empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

23/04/2025: Vinimos aquí para almorzar ya que está cerca de donde vivimos. El almuerzo fue muy generoso. Teníamos pavo con guisantes, salchichas con guisantes, pasta con salsa roja, y pasta con espárragos. También lo rematamos con un helado de caramelo, un café, y también tomamos soda. 35€ por todo eso y podríamos haber comido mucho más si quisiéramos. El servicio era genial y muy amable. Sin duda volveremos.
26/02/2025: Tutto ottimo a cominciare dal servizio. Piatti ottimi e porzioni a volontà, quanto ne vuoi. Gnocchi al gorgonzola, scaloppine Ai funghi con patate al forno, spezzatino di cinghiale con patate al forno, vino, acqua, dolce caffè 34€ in due. Da provare assolutamente. Tornerò con tutta la famiglia
