Trattoria with a capital "T".
All good, friendly staff and excellent value for money.
07/12/2024: Typical local cuisine (polenta, bagna cauda, Piedmontese mixed fried food, raw meat,...), in a homely and informal environment, with the possibility of agreeing on ad hoc menus and thematic menus. Mainly in the summer months the wood-fired oven is active for preparing pizzas (mainly on Saturday evenings, but a phone call for confirmation is better). Excellent recipes and generous doses
