20/07/2025: I've had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant several times, and each time I've found the cuisine to be truly excellent: carefully crafted dishes, quality ingredients, and mouth-watering flavors, all complemented by impeccable service.
That said, even though we knew from the start that the table had to be vacated by a certain time (so it was our choice), I can't deny that dining by the clock takes away some of the enjoyment from the experience.
The need to organize two sittings, in my opinion, affects the experience itself.
A real shame, because the quality of the cuisine deserves a more relaxed atmosphere.

15/08/2025: To say it's excellent is an understatement. The place is small, with just a few tables, but very welcoming. It's stylishly furnished, yet doesn't overwhelm or neglect its nod to bygone eras. The menu is full of Piedmontese dishes, offering a variety of options, yet still comprehensive and varied. For those unfamiliar with local cuisine, the waiters are always ready to offer the best advice. Prices are fair.

09/03/2025: A pleasant discovery. Cozy atmosphere, excellent service. The quality of the dishes was impeccable. Traditional recipes, revisited and enriched by the passion of chef Fabiana. Each course is a surprise. I recommend it and will definitely return.

Too bad that parking in the center of Buttigliera is a feat. In any case, hats off to those who want to invest here. Places like the cadrega are an invaluable asset. Thank you.

18/05/2025: Since I started supplying my restaurant, my consumption has doubled! I have my bread made without salt and I guarantee that it has an inimitable fragrance and quality. What can I say about the pizzas, focaccias and brioches! In short... the best pain au chocolat outside of Paris and the best Tuscan bread outside of Florence! Delicious restaurant, fast, attentive and meticulous service

28/06/2025: I was there for work, to go to IKEA, the location is strategic but also to get to the center of Turin where we went to dinner, satisfied.
22/06/2025: All in all a nice hotel.
I reported at midnight that the music was too loud, asking to turn it down (since I pay after), to be able to rest, but this did not happen, I find it totally disrespectful, in addition to the fact that at that time there were fireworks, but up until then I did not say anything.
On the shower tray a nice crack and for safety reasons they should not have given me this room, plus I am in a wheelchair and the risk increases even more, so much so that sitting on a chair the crack has increased even more.
You draw your own conclusions, but I really do not think I will return to sleep here

27/04/2025: We have been several times for breakfast, but the dislike of the owner and the staff always remains the same, a shame because the place is nice and the desserts are good, even if the fruit cakes we got this morning were not fresh that day but from the day before. Definitely high prices, and little, or rather little space to move around with children.

Se però vai con il tuo cagnolino non ti fanno entrare…da evitare!!!!

Se proprio vogliamo trovare una pecca la bottiglia di vino è stata servita già aperta.
Ritorneremo presto a farvi visita.

Il locale è intimo e ben curato.
Abbiamo preso 2 menù degustazione: 1 vegetariano e 1 vegano.
Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi di vedere che c’è qualcuno che ci mette veramente impegno e passione in quello che fa.
Ogni portata è stata apprezzata sia a livello visivo che gustativo.
Pranzo ottimo.
Rapporto qualità/prezzo giusto.
Sicuramente ci torneremo.
Ps: se possiamo dare un piccolo consiglio, avremmo apprezzato maggiormente l’apertura della bottiglia di vino al tavolo.
Per il resto nulla da eccepire.
