19/10/2024: First of all, it really hurts me to write a bad review about any place in general, especially this one where I have been coming for 3 years until today whenever I need a good pizza. However, today I had the worst experience ever, which I also had two weeks ago with the same worker. I believe she is related to the owner; she is the only blonde girl. Despite this, I decided not to write a bad review because I felt that she might have had a bad day, and it's not something related to my nationality or the fact that I'm a foreign student. Last time, she took the menu from our hands while we were still choosing, and she came to take our plates away when we were still eating. But this time, it was beyond bad from the moment we stepped inside the restaurant. She started treating us badly when one of the workers seated us at a table, and she aggressively moved us to another table. After we ordered, she gave us side-eye looks, but we stayed and didn't say anything. When our order was ready, even though we had made it clear that we were eating in, not taking away, she gave us our pizza in a cardboard box as if we were pets and told us it was a mistake, while the plates were literally 2 meters away from us. We took the plates and I went to get two more plates to transfer the pizza. We ate in a hurry so we could end the evening peacefully and left. When we went outside to sit, after about 10 minutes, she came out to see us, and 2 minutes later, a siren started for a couple of seconds, so we left. I do not recommend this restaurant; it was the worst restaurant experience ever and the most racist experience. Update: I did go there recently and they treated me well

13/07/2024: Very friendly staff and delicious pizza!

14/12/2024: It will be 1 year now that we have been regular customers every week, we have now also "taken" it from friends and relatives 😘😂 The pizza is good, crunchy, super digestible but above all it arrives still steaming! The ingredients are excellent. They are always on time, even on Saturday evenings with the matches. Delays are rare, but never serious! We wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for making a special bunny pizza for our little girl.. she was very happy 🥰 See you next week 😘

12/09/2024: We were looking for a takeaway pizzeria that could become our trusted one and finally after trying several we found it. I am a lover of pizza with chips, it is very rare to find a pizzeria that is generous with the quantity, after several orders I can say that Ciapa Si's is phenomenal! The other flavors are also very good, light dough and very fresh ingredients. I really appreciated the possibility of ordering via the app and paying by debit card upon delivery (few people do this). I would like to get something more from the loyalty program (20% or free pizza)

19/10/2024: Strepitosi i croissant: fragranti, ripieni prelibali. Una delizia per il palato. Mi è capitato di assaggiare anche la sacher e altri pasticcini: una super bontà. Una chicca nella deliziosa via Lupo.
