I loved the veal with tuna sauce, so tender and delicate.
I loved their giardiniera, the best I've ever had. For the first time, I mopped up the sauce, which I usually find too acidic, but theirs was really balanced.
I loved their gnocchi, truly amazing flavor.
I loved the desserts.

07/10/2025: The restaurant is in true Piedmontese style, fast and friendly, and has parking.
In summer, you can also sit outside.
If you're also a motorcyclist, the Broglina road is the icing on the cake!
21/08/2025: Three of us went without a reservation, and when we asked to stay for lunch, they said yes. But... the wait was long, and the portion of liver was very small, in our opinion to allow for another customer to be served. I asked for a side of vegetables and ended up with fries because they had run out of vegetables WITHOUT notifying us in advance. The fries were excellent, but with an oil I don't want to describe.
It's much better to refuse a table and have a chef serve it like that.
