04/05/2025: I was welcomed directly by the chef and sommelier with a welcome glass and in the short conversation I immediately felt at ease and I understood that I had chosen a restaurant that knows the ingredients deeply. The venue is a manor house (castle) renovated with head and preserving the best preserved original parts. Friendly and present staff. The meat dishes for my son and fish for me with perfect combinations suggested by the sommelier, have a perfect balance that recall Ferran Adrià's careful study of combinations without ever being cloying like the hand of Alfredo Russo, that enveloping softness and the explosion of taste. I advise all customers to choose starter, first course, second course, cheese and/or dessert according to their personal tastes, you will be able to leave pleasantly satisfied. I gave myself a wonderful birthday present in the company of my son. I don't want to say anything about the dishes, it's nice to marvel.
13/04/2025: A wonderful family-run location to say the least; refined and attentive cuisine; we had dinner during the gorgonzola event, delicious and well presented dishes; the owner Chef Stefano often came to the table and we appreciated this very much, but I must give special praise to the dessert, carefully prepared by Cristina Sommelier and owner;
Congratulations to everyone, I highly recommend this location

25/04/2025: It didn't drive me crazy, the prices seemed high and little choice on the menu, 3 euros covered with a paper napkin and not even a cloth tablecloth but plastic,, too bad... spent for 2 first courses with butter and anchovies, a bruschetta and a dessert €53..
14/04/2025: I haven't been here for lunch in a few months. I waited for the second course before writing anything. I'm not sure what happened, I think a change of management, before I ate very well, today it's borderline decent. Then I went to read the owner's reviews of those who gave the place a negative review and decided to remove a star. Education is essential if you work in contact with other people. To finish I just received an iced coffee....

24/11/2024: Qui ci troviamo sempre benissimo....i proprietari, il sig.Sergio e la sig.ra Silvana, sono di una cordialita' d'altri tempi. Ottima la cena...cotechino con tartufo ,risotto Macalle' imbattibile, lumache all'alsaziana....tutto genuino , del territorio....buona cantina e servizio attento...la tradizione qui e' ancora sacra....e dietro a tutto cio' c'e' una gran passione.....se cercate altro non andate.
09/11/2024: Proposte del territorio realizzate con sapienza culinaria di chi conosce profondamente la materia prima ,ovviamente il must è il loro risotto che si deve provare sempre e comunque. ,Proposte di carne e pesce articolata e in continuo cambiamento che segue il ritmo delle stagioni. Locale con eleganza senza tempo e servizio impeccabile ma non invadente.E’ sempre un piacere ritornare a casa.

28/07/2024: Ottimo pranzo, preso tagliere misti salumi e formaggi, riso al nebbiolo e blu di capra, tutto molto buono e porzioni abbondanti, bella location con tavoli esterni, servizio e qualità prezzo ottimo.
