04/09/2025: I honestly can't explain the rave reviews of the past few months. I haven't been to this restaurant in years, and the quality of the food and service has significantly declined.
Bland champagne risotto for two served in a plastic container, paniscia that can't be called paniscia, and the dessert table perpetually at the mercy of flies.
The place is now living off the profits from its best years, but personally, I won't be returning.

15/08/2025: The single star is due to a single incident that I find particularly unpleasant.
Even on the phone (for dinner), the lady specifically stated...cash payments ONLY...
I don't think it's a coincidence, but rather a standard practice (confirmed by a friend who was there for lunch on a weekday).
I don't think this is acceptable in 2025; the option of electronic payment must be guaranteed.
26/07/2025: Everything about our dinner here was unique and delicious. Shocked this place doesn’t have 5 stars and a Michelin star!
