Authentic, genuine cuisine that you'll remember fondly, excellent service, and fair prices.
Attention to detail, like the cover charge with very good bread and breadsticks (which isn't the case, however), customer service without stress and persistence in offering.
Pleasant, relaxing atmosphere.

The atmosphere is simple but spacious. The restaurant also has a counter and an area dedicated to selling dishes and products created by the kitchen.
