Very nice place, kind and courteous service. The food, especially the tajarin with sauce, excellent, I would definitely go back, highly recommended!
01/06/2025: Empty inside room outside with free tables at 2:00 PM but for the owner it was all booked. Something didn't add up.

27/01/2025: In viaggio in Piemonte, dopo aver letto svariate recensioni su questo ristorante decidiamo di visitarlo. Arrivati e accolti dal personale da una calda accoglienza in un locale carino e semplice e molto pulito.
il cameriere che ci ha servito, con aria saputella ( poco preparato ) ci ha raccontato il menù, abbiamo preso un antipasto ( crudo di pesce ) molto buono, un plin ( porzione mignon ) senza un briciolo di sughetto senza sapore, e due buoni brasati.
Al momento del dolce abbiamo optato per un tris di formaggi, dopo aver richiesto un blue cheese assieme ad altri due formaggi, il cameriere sbagliandosi riprende dal nostro piatto un formaggio che ci aveva servito senza che noi lo chiedessimo rimettendolo sul tavolo di servizio con aria strafottente. ( cioè mi riprendi dal piatto una fettina di formaggio già toccata ? )
Una scena raccapricciante!!!

05/01/2025: Location adeguata , ottima lista dei vini , prezzo elevato ma in linea con le aspettative. Il servizio… si può fare di meglio, essere interrotti in un dialogo ogni 5 minuti perché devi rispondere alla domanda “ tutto bene signori” o perché devi servire il vino , mi sembra eccessivo. In ogni caso positivo

26/05/2025: tolles Restaurant mit wunderschöner Terrasse und tollem Service wie auch Speisen. Anlässlich "Barbaresco a Tavola 2025" waren wir wieder im Rabaya - ein tolles Menu wurde serviert und die Weine konnten verkostet werden.
07/05/2025: Wir haben das Restaurant schon vor drei Jahren schätzen gelernt. Es ist ein Muss eines jeden Urlaubs von uns. Die Reservierung über Telefon unproblematisch. Die Speisen sind allererster Güte und die Preise eher günstig für solch Qualität. Die Bedienungen sehr gut ausgebildet und sehr aufmerksam. Ein Restaurant der obersten Kategorie. Die Terrasse ist genial und hat eine tolle Aussicht auf die Weinberge. Sonnenschutz nicht vergessen. Sonnenhüte vorhanden

15/08/2024: Country bar, with little attention to service, especially the poor glass department, for the aperitif service the right glass is never paired, negative note the older lady very rude at least towards me for sure, then she is not the most friendly, negative rating as a review.

23/03/2025: Ottimo hotel a tre stelle per rapporto qualità prezzo. Camera pulita e funzionale. Personale gentile accogliente e professionale. Colazione abbondante e varia ( anche centrifughe di frutta e verdura fresche!), il tutto impreziosito da una vista meravigliosa sulle colline circostanti. Con mio marito abbiamo utilizzato anche la spa. Ingresso due ore, molto carina, ma forse curerei meglio alcuni dettagli. Per esempio l angolo tisane e servirebbe una sedia/panca nello spogliatoio. Per la spa ho trovato il prezzo un po' alto, ma il prezzo di camere e colazione è ottimo.
10/01/2025: Pomeriggio tra amici in una splendida struttura affacciata sui vigneti delle lunghe...personale preparato ed amichevole , senza parlare della qualità dei vini...superb
