03/05/2025: Always a reference for Piedmontese cuisine starting from the excellent agnolotti del plin. Excellent and flexible tasting menu. I went there with my parents as a boy and it's nice to still find it today in the Slowfood guide. Very well-kept place, excellent service, ready to give advice without ever being intrusive.

26/03/2025: Pranzo domenicale.Locale carino con tavoli ben distanziati.Piatti ottimi e ravioli del plin super. Cameriera molto gentile .A metà del pranzo si presenta al tavolo la cuoca intrattenendoci simpaticamente e illustrandoci la ricetta dei plin. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Esperienza da ripetere.
