The accommodation is part of the Bubbio Castle complex. The room was tidy and clean, and the bathroom was adequate.
Only complaint: every time the fan coil was turned on, it made a loud noise due to the whirring of the fans. Even when the fan coil was turned down, the noise persisted, and obviously this happened every time the temperature dropped below the set threshold.
We didn't immediately report the issue (having noticed it on New Year's Eve), but I simply reported it to the receptionist after leaving the room (...).
Otherwise, I can highlight the decent breakfast offered, with various options.

05/12/2025: Everything is high quality and full of special details. We went during the off-season, so the hotel restaurant itself wasn't open, but the owner, who is very friendly and attentive, recommended an excellent restaurant next door. The town has just over 800 inhabitants, so it's a place to enjoy peace and quiet.

domenica 8 siamo stati ospiti di questo agriturismo.
Una piacevole giornata, in un contesto casalingo -professionale
che arricchisce e completa i cibi serviti.
PARLARE DI PERFEZIONE, mi sembra esagerato: ma di grande
impegno e professionalita' mi sento di scriverlo.
Non si giudica il lavoro, se viene svolto con impegno,e passione
che si nota nella buona qualita' e delicatezza dei cibi:
non si critica quando il tuo stomaco e apparati limitrofi 'lavorano'
con piacere senza appesantire testa e gambe, specialmente se ci hai anche un poco di eta'.
si chiacchera e si ride consumando del tempo e ringraziando chi dedica parte o tutta la vita nel dispensare con le proprie
mani TANTA GRADITA UMILTA' E SERENITA'

15/12/2024: Ecco ,sono tornato a cena al ristorante 3 colline in Langhe. Passati alcuni anni dall'ultima volta , posso dire molto bene. Ambiente elegante,personale preparato e , Paola ,la padrona di casa affabile e gentile. Mangiato un delicato antipasto,un genuino primo di pasta fatta in casa, uno squisito secondo con contorno di verdure ed un goloso dolce . Direi ottimo menù, accompagnato da buoni vini. Qualità eccellente. Complimenti . Alla prossima volta.
