16/01/2026: What a wonderful discovery! A truly unique place. Where the customer is the center of attention, pampered and guided to discover the flavors Molise offers through its exceptional products. As soon as you enter, you sense this welcoming and dedicated atmosphere. There are just a few tables, precisely to ensure every detail is taken care of. The aperitif was truly a treat we hadn't expected. My son was thrilled. "The secret cave," as he described the area where it's served. The first courses were each better than the last, the meat was uniquely delicious. Not to mention the desserts; the tart with ice cream was a delight for the palate. The complimentary tasting of local bitters, accompanied by delicious shortbread biscuits, was a truly delicious gift. I recommend visiting this osteria at least once for lunch or dinner; you'll be amazed.
16/01/2026: I've eaten at this restaurant several times and it's never disappointed me. I've even brought colleagues who have also enjoyed the excellent cuisine. Highly recommended. Top quality.

04/01/2026: This family-run trattoria has limited tables (reservations are recommended), and the service is attentive and fast. The orecchiette with Varese broccoli and the black cherry and walnut tart deserve special mention. Let's move on to the dishes: homemade cooking, excellent quality, and generous portions. Prices are average. We'll be back.

13/01/2026: The only pastry shop open late at night. During our week in Bojano, from January 2nd to 9th, we stopped in several times because it's right in front of the free parking lots. What's immediately striking is their kindness and courtesy; they always welcome customers with a smile. In fact, there's always a bustle of people bustling around at any hour, because they also make savory treats: sandwiches, pizzas, croquettes, and much more. Above all, they have the most competitive prices in the area. We really enjoyed the rum mostaccioli; it's a shame that after Epiphany, since they're a typical Christmas sweet, they no longer make them. I was planning on taking a large tray home. The Nutella crepes were exceptional! The bomboloni filled on the spot with real custard were unforgettable. The croissants, handmade as only a true pastry chef can. If you're in the area, go try one of their creations; you'll be amazed.

25/04/2025: Ho avuto il piacere di pranzare in questo ristorante e ne sono rimasta davvero entusiasta. Ogni piatto era curato nei minimi dettagli, con ingredienti freschissimi e abbinamenti di sapori equilibrati e sorprendenti. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: cordiale, attento e mai invadente. L’atmosfera accogliente e piacevole. È uno di quei posti in cui si percepisce la passione per la cucina fin dal primo assaggio.

19/05/2025: Non abbiamo preso i primi, ma tutto il resto davvero ottimo, come dovrebbe essere un'osteria tipica. Qualità dei prodotti, antipasti caldi ricercati e carne fresca. Personale professionale e simpatico; servizio molto rapido. Consigliamo di andarci, anche perché passarci per caso è difficile vista la posizione alquanto appartata...
02/05/2025: una bella scoperta, da fuori passando non te ne accorgi non si nota una insegna vistosa. antipasti ottimi e ben assortiti, ottimi i primi privati da noi e anche i secondi, servizio veloce e sveglio. Prezzi giusti. Complimenti allo/a chef. Bravi continuate cosi. Verremo a provare altri piatti.

21/07/2025: Ho avuto il piacere di assaggiare i Croissant e sono davvero buoni, molto sfogati e con un intenso profumo e sapore di burro! Ho adorato il croissant vuoto e non ho apprezzato quello ripieno di cioccolato t a mio parere la crema di cioccolato spegne il sapore eccellente del croissant.

03/09/2025: Probably the best restaurant in Molise. We're at the home of chef Renato Testa... or rather, the cook, as he prefers to call himself.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, like a home dining room with just a few tables, so you can eat in peace. The host sets off fireworks, with his unexpected jokes but above all with his dishes.
Renato's cuisine is inspired by the gastronomic tradition of Molise, with a selection of high-quality local ingredients that are respected and enhanced by his creativity.
Numerous dishes are strictly seasonal and always surprising. Here are some examples, purely indicative:
- Appetizer: fried cod with vanilla batter, flavored with chocolate and rosemary.
- Dessert: zucchini flowers stuffed with brandy ricotta mousse.
Strange combinations, right? And yet they are delicate yet flavorful dishes... heavenly!
Given the limited number of places, it is necessary to book well in advance.

10/10/2024: Se ti trovi a Bojano e vuoi Mangiare davvero bene.
Mio padre ed io ci siamo fermati qui e abbiamo preso 2 primi e 2 secondi.
Tutto ottimo, chi l'avrebbe detto, avevamo scelto un bar e abbiamo mangiato da ristorante eccellente. Le porzioni sono abbondanti, e la qualità èproprorzionata alla cortesia...
Ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Lo consiglio vivamente.

12/10/2025: Traveling through Bojano, we went to the pizzeria for lunch, which had been recommended to us. What can I say about the pizzas? They're delicious! We ordered the pork loin, which was a delicacy! That's the one you have to order if you go there! It has a very "village" atmosphere, family-friendly. Everything is lovely and delicious! We'll definitely be back.
