18/02/2025: Aesthetically it is a very beautiful and welcoming restaurant, as well as the service in the room is well taken care of, and the waiting times between courses were also fair.
I had the opportunity to taste the house platter as appetizers and the cured meats and cheeses present were on average good.
The Marche joke was very pleasant, simple and well-balanced flavours.
Regarding the first courses, the pappardelle had a good flavor but the wild boar ragù present was completely without salt.
However, the stuffed cappellacci were very good, a well presented dish.
Finally, as second courses, both the black angus sirloin and the Iberian "Secreto" cut met expectations, as they were cooked well and the meat was not tough to chew.
15/01/2025: Inserted in the splendid context of the Borgo Lancian Resort and Spa it offers a wonderful gastronomic experience.

05/09/2024: Io e il mio compagno andiamo spesso ... Non possiamo fare a meno della pizza della lanterna !!! Senza dubbio secondo noi è la migliore che abbiamo mai assaggiato !!! Poi il servizio è molto veloce , Endri è insuperabile... Sa già cosa vogliamo è un ristoratore perfetto introvabile direi... Come tutta la famiglia il personale del ristorante, gentilissimi e questo è una cosa fondamentale dentro un luogo pubblico , consiglio veramente questo posto è anche molto carino perché ha una veranda che si affaccia fuori . Complimenti veramente ❤️

24/08/2023: Metti una calda serata di fine estate, metti che stai cercando un luogo intimo ma non necessariamente romantico, mettici che è il compleanno dell'amica che non vedi da troppo tempo...Pietra Maula è stata la destinazione più giusta: ottimo cibo che si avverte preparato con cura e con ottime materie prime (consigliato l'aperitivo con 8 tapas originalissime)..bella l'idea di iniziare l'aperitivo dalle 19,00 per poi proseguire sia con la cena (ottime carni) che con un dopocena tra il verde del giardino a sorseggiare una malvasia rilassati sul divano..

Posto accogliente a conduzione familiare immerso nella tranquillità della collina Marchigiana.
Abbiamo cenato in struttura con carne di ottima qualità . Consigliate le tapas con sapori davvero innovativi .
Le camere sono confortevoli e molto silenziose .
Colazione super con prodotti a km0
Complimenti ad Alessandra e a tutto il suo staff . Molto consigliato .
