11/07/2025: My friend and I spent two nights at the property. The property is lovely, and we ate very well.
Unfortunately, however, we were the victims of an accident:
After dinner, while we were chatting outside in the courtyard, they closed the reception. When we returned, we realized we had forgotten our room keys at the restaurant (which was closed). There was no one in the property, no emergency number listed at reception, and the number we found online was unanswered. My friend also had some medication in her room that she absolutely had to take, and there was no one to help us.
We had to call the police, who kindly contacted the property, who finally opened the door for us after about an hour of confusion.
We seriously risked sleeping on the reception sofas.
The next day, the manager, in his own way, apologized for the incident and told us they would make up for it.
So when it came time to pay the bill, we expected at least a discount, a free dinner, or at least a bottle of wine as a sign of apology.
But nothing.
Clearly, this oversight was even more serious for me than the incident itself.
It's a clear sign that Fiorida only cares about its customers' wallets.
We're truly sorry.

12/04/2025: Come da titolo.
In zona Sondrio per alcuni giorni mi segnalano questo ristorante.
Provo un passaggio a pranzo.
Sono senza prenotazione, chiedono un tavolo al desk, mi rispondono che sono full ( ok ..) ma qui capita l’incredibile, inverosimile! la signora del desk, vestita con un goffo indumento simil tradizionale, ci indica che se vogliamo mangiare qualcosa c’è un loro kiosko esterno che offre panini e prodotti tipici.
È il giusto suggerimento che ti aspetti da un locale stellato nel rispetto del disciplinare della famosa guida rossa…
Davvero non ho parole, sapendo tra l’altro quanto la proprietà tiene alla gestione dei clienti.
Speriamo sia solo un gesto deprecabile di un singolo e non una linea guida della direzione.
Urge un bel corso intensivo di “accoglienza italiana”.
