06/01/2026: A welcoming and modern property with all the comforts in the rooms and a small shared kitchen, located approximately 750 meters above sea level on the "Costiera dei Cech" in the municipality of Civo, a hamlet of Serone (SO), in a quiet area surrounded by nature with a wonderful view of the Alps and Valtellina.
The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. The common areas and rooms are extremely clean.
The property has a large veranda at the front and back and a restaurant serving excellent traditional Valtellina cuisine using top-quality, locally sourced produce.
Highly recommended.

18/11/2025: The atmosphere is super welcoming. The lady is very welcoming, too. The food is simple but tasty. With the stove on, you could spend an entire afternoon there (perhaps with the snow outside!)

29/09/2024: Siamo andati con amici, e siamo rimasti estremamente delusi. Innanzitutto ci hanno fatto sedere a un tavolo enorme e ci hanno poi messo altre persone a mangiare nello stesso tavolo. Menù veramente ridotto e molto caro. Sconsigliato il tagliere di antipasti, 15€ per avere letteralmente tre fette di salumi e tre fette di formaggio a testa (eravamo in 3). A seguire poi 15€ un piatto con un mestolo di polenta e una salsiccia. Piatto che una volta finito hai fame tanto quanto prima. Pizzoccheri serviti immersi nel burro e portati al tavolo un quarto d’ora dopo gli altri piatti. POS non funzionante. Rapporto qualità prezzo veramente pessimo, come tutto il resto. Sconsigliatissimo, molto meglio fermarsi agli altri rifugi che si incontrano prima nella camminata. Non ci torneremo sicuramente

20/08/2024: En plein 15 août quand tout était fermé, nous nous sommes arrêtés par hasard dans cette petite auberge au bord de la rivière après le petit pont.
Service restreint dû au jour férié, mais excellent accueil. Les plats proposés étaient simples mais très bons et vraiment pas chers.
Les propriétaires (une fille et son père probablement) très gentils et efficaces. Merci pour ce bon moment !!!
Nous avons mangé sur la terrasse. L'intérieur (le bar) nous a semblé un peu vieillot et une forte odeur de produits de nettoyage.
