26/01/2025: I have to give a rating only if you have dishes, since I didn't stay there. I still give 3 stars but, the hare still had a wild flavor and certainly accompanying it with herbs can only enhance this aspect. The poor mixed starter, nothing special, two fried things (because fried everything is better), the fassona carpaccio, had to be cut thinly, not raw pieces, but sold well, saying that it had been smoked, an aspect that is not absolutely felt both by taste and smell. Let's say that it is a place that can be considered a simple trattoria like those around the house, rather than a real restaurant.
