Special praise goes to Mr. Francesco, who is a key point of reference for guests: always attentive, available, and ready to satisfy requests with a warmth that truly makes the difference. Not to mention his skill in making a cappuccino that, without exaggeration, can be described as "five-star." Another invaluable figure is Mrs. Luna, who with discretion, kindness, and great dedication ensures impeccable and welcoming environments. The care with which she takes care of both the rooms and the dining room contributes to a serene and pleasant atmosphere. Also worthy of mention is Mr. Andrea, who stands out for his relaxed yet professional and customer-focused interaction style, demonstrating competence and dedication in his work. The chef is available and knowledgeable. The hotel is rated three stars, but this rating should not be interpreted as a limitation. 23/08/2025: I don't understand how a hotel like this can have three stars. The property is very dated and completely neglected. The mattress and pillows were incredibly hard, the comforter was wrinkled, my husband had to leave the plug pressed down when using the hairdryer, and I was hoping I wouldn't electrocute myself. The mirror was rusty on all sides, the shower had black gaskets, and the faucets were in terrible condition. When sitting on the toilet, I couldn't open or close the door because there wasn't enough room. The common areas were terrible, dirty everywhere, ruined everywhere, and let's not even mention the numerous ashtrays overflowing with cigarette butts. Even the breakfast left a lot to be desired. I wouldn't recommend it, not even for one night like we did, and I'm someone who adapts without any major problems.
