10/02/2025: I don't usually give negative reviews to businesses, especially where young boys and girls work, but unfortunately in this case I have to. Having polite staff is important because it raises the level of the activity itself but when you find yourself faced with an unsympathetic girl where after having paid and without contesting in any way to make me back the chosen drink, you point out that there was some chocolate missing in the chosen glass and the girl in question responds rudely by mocking you and saying "next time you come behind the counter and show me how to work, she's arrived!"...Well, I find that this attitude is not typical of competent staff who may have to deal with customers. well-mannered and who points out that she paid for something and received something else. I also find it very inconsiderate and rude to continue to shout at the customer who is heading towards the escalators to denigrate and insult him in front of a small observation, an observation that is not at all serious given that there are drinks at the top with a perfect description of what they contain and if something is missing, I think it can be solved by fixing the drink and not shouting at the customer. It is important in a commercial business to know how to solve problems and manage customers in a nice and friendly manner without shouting or raising one's voice. After frequenting it for several weeks for breakfast and snacks with my daughters, I can say that I will never set foot there again, but not because of the products, but because of the rudeness of the staff.

13/12/2024: We went to the Bennet to do some shopping, we stopped for breakfast... The croissants were very good, even the cappuccino wasn't bad, the girl who served us was really very nice and kind, I asked her if she was new and he replied yes that he had been there for a few weeks.. we really hope he stays because one of the reasons I didn't go there anymore was the girls, very annoyed and grumpy.....next time I'll ask her name, so I'll be able to make one positive review about her...
