08/11/2024: Finalmente ho scovato un altra vera trattoria. Voti da 1 a 10: 8.5 per il locale. Carino, essenziale e spazioso. Bello anche perché a pranzo è frequentato quasi esclusivamente da muratori, idraulici elettricisti e persone che lavorano manualmente. 8 per il cibo. Buon pranzo di lavoro. 6 per il servizio. Veloce e cortese, però non si pecca un po’ sulla pulizia. I cestini del pane nel loro interno erano pieni di polvere (vedi foto). Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci tornerei? Sì (però pulite i cestini). Lo consiglierei? Sì.

You took a table of 26 people, saying that there were no problems for a child with celiac disease. When we arrive on site when ordering, you tell me that the kitchen is contaminated, that you could only bring her cold cuts and gluten-free biscuits. Or a WHITE RICE. Is this normal for you? I don't even care to know how much you would have made me pay for this delicious dish. I come to ask for explanations, when booking you must be CLEAR AND HONEST, especially if we are talking about an illness! Have you always managed celiac disease and no one has ever complained? This doesn't mean that almost in 2025 you aren't better equipped than this or that I have to "settle" for taking a little girl out to eat white rice or tomato. Madam Owner, remember that people look at each other when speaking, customers treat each other with dignity and you must communicate clearly. Mine was a request for clarification, but after his rude response I found myself in the middle of a street at 9pm with two little girls who still had to have dinner. Let's examine our conscience and learn that before thinking about the 26 seats, we think about the health of the individual first. Otherwise, catering and contact with the public are not his job.

18/07/2024: I was there last week, because my mechanic took me there, given that the work on my car was long and demanding, when we arrived at 1pm, my stomach was crying out for food:). Well, a very normal place, with reasonably good canteen food. The staff is friendly and professional. About the place, it is clean and tidy. I recommend it? I would say yes, the prices are really honest for what it offers.

I strongly advise against this place due to the lack of professionalism, respect and hospitality...I'll just tell you...I was walking with my 4 month old dog (Cavalier King), when around 11.30am I entered the bar to buy a bottle of water. .without there being anyone before me or having so much to do, they tell me ..mmm one moment (completely ignoring me)🫣 Later they say...but why don't you go further to the fountain to let the dog drink? 😂 you can't give the dog ice water... that is, they didn't even want to sell me a bottle of water! (but maybe there is also room temperature water?!? And then it's my business?!) Are we kidding? You've definitely lost a customer! In my opinion, people like that don't deserve to be in contact with people! Ps: the first and last time I would say I set foot in there And with this I tell you without further words Total disappointment !!!!!
