07/01/2025: Today 7/01/2025 at 1.30pm, my wife and I were having lunch in this place (we have been regular customers for about 2 years). We order two ceasar salads (two salads with chicken in short). Well, after a good half hour of waiting, this famous dish arrives...🤮 Well, I'll just tell you that along with the dishes came a disgusting smell, to say the least, so much so that it made me vomit (and I'm not joking). Comparing with my wife we ​​understand that the chicken is rotten, not actually spoiled but ROTTEN. We ask a waiter to come over and tell him politely and politely. He tells us that the batch of meat is not good, apologizes and remakes the dish for us. Optimal The "new" dishes arrive which weren't new with the more burnt chicken and we accidentally catch a piece of a crazy smell and I'm sorry to say it but I put it back near the table. Today more than ever this aspect must be underlined because we customers pay and if we return to a place it is because we had a good time. End of story they wanted to remake my plate for the third time Refused and when I arrived at the cash register I called the local health authority and was told that they were sorry and that I didn't have to pay for the starters (a mix) and the drinks (water and cola).

24/12/2024: I wanted to try all you can eat ribs but no big deal. The normal one is sweet and the spicy one is basically the sweet one that is a little spicier. I asked for the sauces and instead of bringing me the usual basket with all their sauces (like in other roadhouses) they asked me what I wanted and brought me a tiny container with the diameter of a 2 euro coin with the sauce that I had to choose at the moment . I didn't ask for anything else and went home still hungry. Never happened in an all you can eat restaurant. Came back 12/24/24 and we're not there yet. I asked for a well cooked cut and we sent it back for further cooking. Returned to the same dirty tray. Always asking for sauces. Who knows if employees are paid adequately 🤷🏼‍♂️
