05/05/2025: What can I say... food below expectations. Morsels of bread directly from Esselunga, portions below average. I had a decent asparagus flan and pork loin. A somewhat "fake" environment, even the new cellar has elements that are not very genuine. A bit fake/constructed looking. Dear. €3.5 cover charge, €2.50 mocha coffee per person!!!

29/04/2025: After visiting the top of the mountain, I booked the restaurant of this hotel. The interior is a bit medieval, the environment and window view are very beautiful, the menu changes seasonally, there is a QR code on the table to register the official website to check the updates, snacks were given before the meal, and the wine list was thick, carefully classified by production area. Although I don’t drink, I really want to see how big the wine cellar is! I personally think the first dish is quite ordinary, but the second dish of beef tenderloin with morel mashed potatoes is amazing. The meat is soft and tender, the mushroom flavor is strong and fragrant, and it is matched with the sauce. I finished three kinds of pre-meal bread and wiped the plate clean without realizing it. This is one of the most delicious dishes I have eaten in Italy.

08/04/2025: They welcomed us even though they were already full. Wide choice of sandwiches, wraps and focaccias. Bread made by them. Excellent products. All very good. I really appreciated that there were guys from the local hotel school serving. We ate on the terrace with a beautiful view. Very honest prices.

21/04/2025: The restaurant is warm, welcoming and elegant. It is located in the upper panoramic part even if not all the tables overlook the beautiful outdoor garden, in fact there are three rooms but in any case wherever you are it is always beautiful, clean and well-kept. Parking is available for customers. The dining room staff is attentive, courteous and knowledgeable and the dishes are prepared with attention to every detail and with quality ingredients. We were here for Easter and I found the price fair and suitable for the quantity and quality of the dishes and their presentation and I can't wait to return to have lunch here perhaps on nice days for a lunch in the garden. 16/03/2025: Lunch with relatives. Historic restaurant in Montevecchia reopened a few months ago. Excellent saffron risotto with osso bucco. Advise.
