29/03/2025: Il ristorante è in alto sulla collina, ci hanno dato un tavolo vicino alla ampia finestra ed il panorama della sera era davvero incantevole. Cena a base di pesce, antipasto ed una grossa orata al forno. Deliziosa. Vino buono e servizio al tavolo fatto bene. Una piacevole sorpresa x noi: carta dolci anche senza lattosio e senza glutine. Prezzo giusto, che altro desiderare?

18/04/2025: Passing by today we were very intrigued by the name and..... behind the scenes we showed up for lunch in a classic trattoria but with an excellence above all the CASONCELLO, the best I've ever eaten. Friendly and fast staff, a Trattoria with a capital T. happy to have met you and see you soon for sure

06/04/2025: It's a shame to have to write this negative review for a restaurant where we often come to eat for the quality of the food and the service. But this time they really got it all wrong. We arrived at 1pm, the time we had booked. After about half an hour of waiting they finally come to take our orders: they tell us that some dishes on the list are not available, coincidentally the ones that a couple of us had chosen. As an alternative they offer dishes off the menu: a questionable choice. It would be better to avoid making dishes off the list, and instead try to guarantee the availability of those on the list that customers choose to order. It's not pleasant to be told, half an hour after you've chosen, that what you want to order is not available. So two of us change and order baccalà alla vicentina with polenta. After another long wait the first orders finally arrive at the table. After eating the appetizers, another interminable wait of about half an hour. The second courses arrive and the waitress tells us that the polenta is finished and so with the baccalà alla vicentina they offer polenta taragna or mashed potatoes as an alternative. Pairings that are disconcerting to say the least. They could have at least warned us beforehand, not when they brought the dish. We decided to skip the cod and not order anything else to avoid another half hour or more of waiting. Also because the cod had already been a fallback compared to the initial choice. In a haughty manner they told us that they could have chosen an appetizer: those were already ready. All this without the owners even coming to apologize. A fall in style.
