08/07/2025: A delicious lunch away from the hustle and bustle. For those who enjoy a quiet lunch, away from the crowds and heat. We had both starters and main courses, and everything was delicious. I hope to return.
03/07/2025: I am definitely satisfied with our lunch at Cavallo Bianco in Giusvalla, where there has been a new management for some time.
The owners are friendly, nice and helpful. The place is comfortable, informal and very clean.
The dishes are made with care and love with very fresh products. The three of us had an appetizer with seaweed and pizzaiola meatballs, a light and non-greasy fried food, then three plates of pasta with cherry tomatoes and gorgonzola (more than generous portions), then an omelette with potatoes and two portions of seafood salad, tasty and made with quality and very fresh raw materials.
To follow, an exceptional dessert, chocolate salami with hazelnuts and amaretti, then water, wine and coffee.
A place to return to feel good and be treated well.
