16/03/2026: Recommended by friends, we had lunch at this trattoria, easily accessible on foot and just a few steps from the sea. The owner, Mimmo, is very kind and welcoming. We ordered pesto reoffie with potatoes and green beans, which were amazing! Crispy octopus on perfectly crispy mashed potatoes and perfectly cooked. Fresh mixed salad. Very good ingredients. Excellent prices. Highly recommended!
07/03/2026: Weekend in Celle Ligure and had lunch here after searching online for recommendations. Simple but clean place, friendly and helpful staff, excellent food, and a nice wine too 😏 I hope to return soon!!!

13/03/2026: If you're looking for a place where the ingredients are sacred and the presentation is pure poetry, make a note of this place: "A Lanterna" in Celle Ligure.
It was an experience worth sharing...the Cappon Magro is a work of art, the layering of fish and vegetables is impeccable.
Beyond the excellence of the dishes, what made the evening truly special and unforgettable was the hospitality; we were made to feel like guests of honor from the first glass to the dessert finale. THANK YOU ❤
23/02/2026: We found this restaurant by chance, but we were immediately pleasantly surprised:
The owner is a very kind woman with great attention to detail.
The food was sublimely cooked, with a mix of meat and fish to suit everyone's tastes.
They welcomed us with a small appetizer offered by the kitchen, and we finished with coffee and biscuits, which were also offered.
It took another €3 off our total bill, making us want to return the next day for lunch to enjoy a light, non-greasy fried dish.
Definitely worth a try.
Book in advance if possible, as they don't have many seats.

The food was excellent; we ordered Ligurian classics, generous and well-prepared. The staff was truly kind and welcoming, and the prices were fair...
We'll definitely be back, especially since the menu is seasonal.
The restaurant is located on the seafront.

02/02/2026: I've been to this restaurant many times, and I must admit with regret that, while I've enjoyed it on all my other occasions, this latest experience wasn't so positive. The food was good, but the bill was truly outrageous. I wonder why they'd risk losing customers and therefore revenue in such an absurd way. It's inexplicable. I think it's worth reflecting on.
11/01/2026: We tried the €58.00 fish tasting menu. We found all five courses to be excellent quality. We also had two glasses of Metodo Classico, a demi-mineral, and a coffee.
We spent €163.00. I now assume there was an unverifiable error in the bill, as the receipt only showed the total and not the partial amounts. Otherwise, I think €47 for the above-mentioned items is excessive!

06/09/2025: The receptionist was very kind. We knew the room was small, but I hoped it was the only problem I've listed.
Beginning
Safe not working and not repaired
Closet door missing
Double bed lights not working
Bathroom mirror cabinet collapsed when first opened.
The most horrible thing is the smell from the shower tray, you can tell the kittens from the shower mat have made a mess underneath it.
The bathroom step also needs fixing. The access door only opens partially, and the coat rack is dangling.
We wanted to stay a few more days, but we gave up.
It's not a small double room. Not even a single working one.
Don't rent the room to anyone else until it's fixed.
CARLO SANGALLI, the owner of the barking dog, perhaps because he didn't like the room.
I had the decency to. Don't take photos.

06/04/2025: Siamo stati fortunati a trovare posto in questa location carina. Presi tre primi molto buoni con materie prime di buona qualità di cui un piatto fatto a posta per la nostra amica che non mangia pesce. Proprietario disponibile e simpatico ma anche il resto del personale. Ottimo il vino che ci ha proposto. Deliziosi i dolci. Prezzo un po' Altino ma ci sta su Lungomare. Alla prossima. Bravi.
