L'Osteria del Coniglio is one of those rare gems you discover by chance... and remember forever. As soon as you step inside, you're immersed in the authentic atmosphere of a true Ligurian osteria, where tradition, hospitality, and quality blend seamlessly.
The star of the show? Naturally, the Ligurian-style rabbit, masterfully cooked, tender and flavorful, as per tradition, with that homey touch that only true, heartfelt cuisine can provide. But every dish deserves praise: from the rich and authentic appetizers to the fresh homemade pasta, to the desserts that seem to have come straight from grandma's recipe book.
The staff is friendly, smiling, and attentive, but never intrusive. Their passion shines through in every detail, from the carefully crafted dishes to the selection of local wines.
The village of Seborga, with its timeless charm, is the perfect setting for a culinary experience that goes beyond simply "eating well": here you can experience an authentic slice of Liguria.

19/07/2025: Personale gentilissimo nonostante fosse da sola a servire e il locale fosse pieno , location molto tipica e piatti ( noi abbiamo preso il Menù PRIMO SECONDO CON CONTORNO DOLCE E VINO!!) buonissimi e ottima qualità prezzo ,porzioni abbondanti,ABBBBBBBBONDANTISSIME .Sicuramente se venite a Seborga una pausa qui è d'obbligo ! BRAVI E COMPLIMENTI ANCHE PER LA CORDIALITÀ ( cosa ormai rara).

01/08/2025: Amazing food, great service, and beautiful views. Some interesting music time to time, but honestly could not say much more. Absolutely wonderful.

We had two appetizers, two first courses and a dessert.
Very romantic atmosphere and great view.
Very friendly staff, we will definitely be back.

23/11/2024: While visiting Seborga my wife and I stopped in for a coffee. We each ordered an Americano coffee which is a larger cup of coffee than the espresso cup of coffee. We both had 2. The reason we had 2 was to confirm what we thought was happening. The first cups that we got were different in color. Mine was very dark while my wife’s was very light. We are black coffee drinkers, no milk or sugar. The second 2 cups were exactly the same. They ran the first cup through the coffee grounds and then filled the second using the same grounds. It barely tasted like coffee! Fortunately the cost was cheap. I did not complain to waitress and she claimed to speak no English, nor did anyone else.
16/11/2024: Il cibo è molto mediocre, la polenta dozzinale e insapore . I calici di vino : unica scelta e di scarsa qualità. Il locale non proprio pulito e salubre con i vetri completamente appannati ti da l’idea di un ambiente non proprio salubre . Quando si chiede il conto a tutti rispondono “ come paga ?” Ci capiti una volta, ma non la seconda .
