We enjoyed the excellent, traditional cuisine of the Viterbo-Tuscia region, with authentic dishes that faithfully respect local traditions. ​Special praise goes to the owner, who is also the chef: a delightful person, very attentive to quality and customer service. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. ​The value for money? Simply EXCELLENT. A must-visit that I highly recommend to everyone!

21/02/2026: We're only sorry we don't have photos of the dishes to share here, but we're grateful for the wonderful experience of finding it by chance during our tour, choosing it, and getting to know it. A welcoming atmosphere in a small village off the beaten path. I've saved it for the next time we're in the area on our motorcycle, and I recommend it to everyone. Truly happy we ate there. 27/11/2025: I was passing by on my motorcycle and decided to stop. The service was excellent, the staff friendly, but the highlight was the food. The polenta with ragù was fantastic, the ragù tasted like homemade... then the coratella left me speechless, the clean plate testifying to that. Excellent, 1000 stars.
