the owner, despite the great demand of the place, managed to reserve a place for us an hour before we sat down.
The varied menu with typical local products,
exquisite appetizer, where the homemade suckling pig and the burrata with truffle stand out. Simply delicious.
We continued with a roe deer pappardelle and a classic cut.
The homemade pappardella combines with the exceptional flavor of top quality game. Definitely worth trying
the cut, also exceptional.

13/05/2025: We went on Sunday, and despite this we found a table available, good food and served with courtesy and kindness.
04/05/2025: We called to book a table for 4 people and the lady confirmed the availability of a table, without asking for the name. Once we arrived at the restaurant, the same lady welcomed us, stating that the table had not been booked, accusing us of not having confirmed the reservation and that it was impossible that she had not asked for the name/surname. Trying to explain ourselves, we are hindered by the arrogance of the woman who prefers to attack and blame us in a derisive and rude tone rather than resolve the situation calmly and seriously. It's a shame that such a nice place has such staff...

02/06/2025: Servizio pessimo, eravamo a pranzo con un gruppo di amici e ci hanno cacciati da tavolo per un altra prenotazione.
Dopo aver concordato il menù in precedenza non c’è stato portato praticamente nulla, ad un prezzo di 35€. Sono uscita con la fame.
ASSOLUTAMENTE MAI PIÙ!
02/06/2025: Tornavamo da una stressante giornata nel traffico della capitale, abbiamo chiamato e chiesto un tavolo vista lago. Ci hanno gentilmente aperto la terrazza. Bellissima accoglienza, servizio top, veloci, discreti e competenti. Pizza top, leggera, sottile, ben condita. Immancabile la crostatina con le fragoline. Voto 10 e lode. Consigliatissimo : )

03/05/2025: Siamo tornati dopo diverso tempo alla taverna a Nemi. Il servizio e l'accoglienza è come essere a casa tra amici. Pranzo a base di pesce ottimo, sia l'antipasto che la grigliata, rapporto qualità prezzo decisamente corretto. Una garanzia a Nemi

11/05/2025: Abbiamo cenato un sabato sera e siamo rimasti soddisfatti per il cibo, molto meno per il servizio. Se capiti nelle mani di un cameriere stordito, ci fai notte. Ottima la pizza.
29/03/2025: Oggi con degli amici e un cane abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante vicino al centro di Nemi, l’oste è davvero super simpatico e gentile, così come il cameriere che ci ha servito. Abbiamo preso degli antipasti misti con formaggi vari e carciofi, e dei primi (buonissima la pasta con i porcini). Era tutto buonissimo e di qualità. Il prezzo è stato più che onesto (abbiamo speso 27euro a testa, per noi che arriviamo dal nord un sogno!). Lo consiglio vivamente a chi passa da Nemi, è proprio un’esperienza nella classica trattoria romana. Complimenti a tutti!

06/04/2025: Bella sorpresa questo ristorante/Trattoria sul Lago di Nemi, a ridosso del Museo delle navi romane di Caligola. Bella vista sul Lago, gestori gentili ed efficienti si sono prodigati per trovarci una sistemazione con il locale strapieno (di domenica a pranzo). Molto buono il cibo, cucinato a dovere, (strozzapreti al carciofo, trota, spinaci e squisito il dolce sbriciolata alle fragole). Prezzo giusto E. 35/40 a persona.
Penso di tornarci per provare il coregone, oggi era terminato.
09/03/2025: Il servizio è pessimo, maleducato e scortese, i piatti ci sono stati tolti ancora pieni e mentre mangiavamo.
Hanno finito la coca-cola, nel menù, che tra l altro ci hanno obbligato ad ordinare il menù del giorno (con solo un antipasto e tre primi), hanno scritto strozzapreti, ed invece ci hanno servito i scialatielli.
Hanno sbagliato tutto, sicuramente non tornerò.

La Sirena del Lago

02/05/2025: Service terrible if not non-existent. We ordered a fettuccine with meat sauce, a Milanese veal cutlet with hand-cut fried potatoes, a Roman saltimbocca and a bottle of water.
We had asked to give priority to the schnitzel as it was for a 5 year old girl. After over 30 minutes ONLY the fettuccine with dog ragù arrived, which was neither fettuccine nor made with a meat ragù, but pork rind sauce…. we wait a few more minutes and the saltimbocca with baked potatoes arrives (ordered fried) and the waiter, with a completely rude manner to my statement "sorry, I asked for them fried, not baked", replies "well he made them like this, if they don't go well I'll take them away", "ok take them away".
In all this, the cutlet for the little girl still hasn't arrived.
Wait another 10 minutes (so we arrive at over 45 minutes from the order) and a surreal fried pork loin arrives (instead of a breaded veal cutlet) obviously not even tasted, sent directly back; the chef apologized saying that he had made it and if it wasn't good he would have made us a breaded walker, we refused and said that there was no point in waiting who knows how much longer and then not even eating what we had ordered.
We ask for the bill and it arrives with, in addition to the dishes mentioned above, wine, liqueurs, coffee (never ordered all of this). Obviously we had it corrected. A lunch to forget. I repeat, everything is shocking, but more than anything the rudeness, the indifference and the lack of care towards the guests and the dishes.
02/05/2025: Pasta and ravioli were tasty. The view is very lovely

24/04/2025: Abbiamo organizzato la festa per battesimo di mio figlio in questo restorante e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Posto era molto carinoe tranquillo, cibo buono e il servizio eccellente.
10/03/2025: Abbiamo festeggiato i 50 anni di matrimonio dei miei genitori, tutto perfetto,i camerieri molto professionali e veloci,i due primi veramente ottimi,cannelloni e maltagliati asparagi e porcini… ottima esperienza. Grandi
