16/06/2025: Sunday in June, we visited the Grotte Dell'arco, beautiful, we decide to stop for lunch at the Fattoria Patrizi, Very kind and professional staff, our expectations were very high, very nice location. We weren't very hungry and decided to try a bit of everything, appetizer...good, abundant mixed cold cuts and then beans, panzanella and couscous...let's say good Then we always ask to share a first course and we choose the Pici with Chianina in white...well we start to notice (initially without complaints) maybe in this area the pici are like that, oh well, very strange...anyway we get a kind of short tagliatella with white meat and a strange broth...not creamed...completely disconnected pasta...certainly a light year away from the request in every sense... Then we ask for a rare tagliata with baked potatoes...and unfortunately here too...we get a classic steak cut well done and with 50% fat, photo attached...if you ask for a tagliata you expect, for the 20 EURO paid, a cut of sirloin if requested cooked rare... Here we complain...and promptly we are asked if we wanted them to remake it...yes fine...BUT that's not how it works...the first impression if you serve similar things IT'S NOT GOOD... good dessert especially the tiramisu. Too bad...a real shame Last thing...I understand that the place normally "should be cool" but on very hot days...air conditioning or at least fans...put them on...we had a sauna... Too bad everything started out well...but then...

02/06/2025: Nice place, special place, very nice, good food, the owner very helpful with the service. And it's the second time I go there, I'll go back
