09/01/2025: Excellent welcome, simple and excellent discreet style. Apartment always very clean and well equipped with heating always on. Panoramic view of the mountains. The location is exceptional, on the side of the town which can be reached on foot in just 2 minutes. Campo Stella for the first lift can be reached in 25 minutes, it takes a little longer to reach Mount Terminillo. Suitable for families or even groups of any age for a decidedly quiet and intimate holiday, certainly for nature lovers. Only for breakfast I would invite a more varied and complete service, everyone at their table only found biscuits, jam and a croissant type.

05/01/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant last August. There were 4 of us, and recommended by the waiter, we started by taking the house starter; this consisted of a small plate each including 1 slice of loin, 1 slice of ham, 3 slices of salami, a small piece of cheese, 1 small mozzarella and a piece of coratella. Poor and very cheap appetizer, especially the cured meats seemed to have just come out of supermarket bags. Below we took 2 tagliolini with truffle, 1 amatriciana and 1 fettuccine with porcini mushrooms. Very small portions, the amatriciana and fettuccine were nothing special, the tagliolini with truffle on the other hand, were a real insult to both tagliolini and truffle! The pasta was anything but homemade (which they passed off as such), the truffle didn't even have the slightest hint of truffle flavour, everything was "drowned" in a colorless slop which we hoped was the cooking water . Only one of us took a second course of meat, baked lamb, which wasn't that great, undercooked, dry and stringy. The rest of us only had two portions of baked potatoes. Here we decided to put an end to this nightmare lunch. No wine to drink, but 2 large Coca Cola, 2 mineral waters and 3 coffees. the service was terrible, for every order we always had to call the waiter, often getting up from the table to go and look for him. I would like to point out that, despite it being high season, the room was practically empty, there were only 4 tables to be served... Last but not least, the bill: 150 euros... In addition to the fact that it was a horrible experience, I I'm annoyed at making a bad impression on two friends who had come to visit me in Leonessa from Rome. What can I say, I will NEVER set foot there AGAIN obviously, and if I can give my advice, stay away!

13/12/2024: Excellent quality restaurant, both in the stone location with huge open fireplace and in the dishes. Excellent appetizers with typical cured meats, the hand-cut raw ham is FABULOUS! Truffle first courses are a guarantee!

23/09/2024: Found what I was looking for... good food... friendly and quick service... In short, an old-time trattoria... perhaps the environment needs to be retouched and... I'm counting on everything else... well done
