The typical Friulian dishes were a true embrace of flavors: even the simplest preparations were transformed into small works of art thanks to the quality of the ingredients and the extraordinary skill of chef Davide, capable of enhancing each ingredient with mastery and passion. But what made this experience special wasn't just the food, but the kindness, smiles, and warmth of Cristina and her husband, who welcomed me daily with sincere affection. 500 km from my hometown, I felt part of a family: and that's what I will always carry with me, along with the memories of authentic flavors and extraordinary people.

We called to make a reservation for two people and were told we couldn't reserve a table, just wait as soon as the tables became available. When we arrived, they asked us if we had a reservation. The answer was the same as the lady on the phone. Annoyed, she sent us away. Let's learn how to treat our customers.
