09/04/2025: Truly exceptional experience! It's not your usual pizzeria: here you can breathe passion and creativity in every dish. I tried an unusual sandwich, made with a block of pizza instead of the classic bread, stuffed with hamburger, poached egg, caramelized onion and crispy bacon... a real taste bomb!
The dough was the real revelation: soft, light and well alveolated, with that typical fragrance of well-made pizza. You can feel that there is careful leavening work and particular care in the choice of flours.
Every ingredient was of the highest quality: the juicy and tasty meat, the perfectly cooked egg with the creamy yolk, and the just-right sweet caramelized onion, which tied everything together with balance.
A gourmet sandwich disguised as street food, but with the soul of great cuisine. Highly recommended for those looking for authentic and out of the ordinary flavours!
08/04/2025: Super positive experience! Welcomed with a smile by two very kind girls. We were a nice little group and we all left satisfied and full. The menu has the right variety: classic and creative pizzas, without getting lost in a thousand options. I tried the turmeric and saffron dough... it was the bomb! Pizzas that are beautiful to look at, delicious to eat and with top leavening. And what's rare: it didn't make me thirsty! In short, passed with full marks. Highly recommended!

26/04/2025: Tre Torri is a Friulian pearl that manages to be elegant without being stuffy, authentic without being "forcefully rustic". A place to return to, perhaps with someone who really deserves a good experience.

Polite and efficient staff.
The place itself is also pleasant but it would be preferable to have more concentrated lighting on the tables to make the atmosphere warmer.

I say regular in quotes because unfortunately I don't live in Maniago, but if I lived here I would go every evening.
I've been ordering strawberries with cream for more than 10 years and they are always super juicy and delicious!
The ice cream is also extraordinary and the staff is super friendly (shoutout to the very dear guy who served us tonight)

03/05/2025: For the places I had to visit and my walks, it was a great place also in its geographical position. Slept well, comfortable bed, clean room, impeccable bathroom. The bar offers good service. Friendly staff.

20/08/2023: First night arriving in Maniago, Italy was late and tiring so I just wanted to get a meal at a local restaurant within walking distance to where I’m staying. This restaurant was just 3 blocks away and was still open, so dinner here was the plan. There was one other table seated, which turned out to be the owner and his girlfriend. The decor was typical of a rustic Italian restaurant, which was a nice welcome from long flight.
Service was wonderful and attentive. We were greeted instantly and warmly welcomed like we weren’t tourist visiting. Unfortunately the first couple of items we ordered were unavailable. Since it was late and I was very tired, I didn’t remember to take any pictures of the menu, so I won’t have the correct menu names (in Italian) for the dishes we ordered.
The grilled lamb skewers were delicious. The prawn scampi were really good as well. The stewed mussels were well flavored, but overcooked to the point that the mussels had shrunken. The seafood pasta was disappointing, which surprised me as I’ve not really ever had a disappointing pasta in Italy (only one other time).
Since it was late, we skipped dessert but our server made sure we had a welcome shot of Limoncello! She was such a wonderful server and made the experience more memorable.
