22/02/2025: Jamón Penne With cream and tomato sauce was a hit! 5 star food, 5 star service, and 5 star atmosphere with the wood and rock tavern walls and antique lights. The Spinach was a healthy size but the ratatouille wasn’t like what I expected in the movie. It was basically oven roasted yellow pepper and zucchini. Flavor wise it was really good but presentation wasn’t as good. Still doesn’t take away from the rest of the food, service, and atmosphere. 5 stars to end the night 🌟.

29/01/2025: I have been to this wonderful restaurant several times and it is always a great experience.
We had our wedding today and they were spectacular. An excellent menu and attentive to everyone's needs.
From the welcome toast to an excellent cake. Thank you to all the staff again for a wonderful day
29/01/2025: Stunning location, then the disaster, non-existent service... borderline food and served at the wrong times, badly. 3 hours of clockwork at the table with the head waiter who disappeared after the appetizers and 2 girls doing what they could... bad bad bad. Too bad, the location deserves REAL professionals.

09/03/2025: A very, very beautiful western style location....delicious sandwiches....prices in line with the local norm and a nice atmosphere to go back to immediately....highly recommended to all the inhabitants of the Pordenone area :)
02/03/2025: The waitresses were extremely kind and friendly. They offer Italian, American and Mexican dishes. They have gluten-free options available, as well as a kids menu. Menu is pretty extensive with many options to choose from.

19/03/2025: Today we had lunch here at l’Edelweiss in Piancavallo, I have to say that we were very satisfied and above all full🤣 The portions were just right, the flavors were tasty and also for the environment and the staff a nice 10!! We will definitely return to try something else!!

17/02/2025: Domenica pomeriggio, orario con pochissimi clienti. Lunga attesa davanti alla cassa per prenotare due cioccolata calda semplici. Mentre faceva il conto a me,parlava di grappe con altri,distraendosi. Ho offerto la cioccolata ad un ospite, che mi segnalava subito il retrogusto acido. Idem la mia, probabilmente il latte. Abbiamo evitato di contestare dando il beneficio del dubbio. Da rivedere sicuramente l'accoglienza. Bene il giovane al bancone, gentile e pronto.

05/08/2024: Consiglio senza dubbio alcuno, tutto nuovo, gestore, cucina ,personale ecc. In inverno ha un fascino particolare , ma in estate è ancora meglio. Provare per credere ....
18/07/2024: Cibo tutto bruciato costicine grigliata non sapeva da niente ci hanno portato un calice di vino senza chiedere se della bottiglia o della casa tagliere arrivato dopo un eternità. Attesa lunghissima ho dovuto sollecitare per piu' di 4 volte Non sapevano quale fosse il nostro tavolo famosi per le grigliate ma col cambio gestione ci hanno perso. Lo sconsiglio

31/12/2024: Of course, nothing to say about the goodness of the food, but charging 7 euros for a small portion of frozen "tiramisu" seems a bit exaggerated to me (elegant desserts spoken and not written on the menu). To then ask for a separate account and turn up their noses...everything was ok until the time for the bill came
31/12/2024: I went to eat at this restaurant with a friend. Nice, welcoming place. We sit at the table, order 2 pizzas and, although there were a maximum of 10 people in the place, the two pizzas arrived after almost 1 hour. Furthermore, one of the two pizzas arrived without the chips we ordered, which arrived later in a separate saucer. The pizza left something to be desired, I think due to the raw materials used. The only positive thing about the service was that the gentleman at the cash register, as well as the pizza chef presumably, did not make us pay for the chips. Having said that, I don't recommend this place, at least for the pizzas.

03/03/2025: Frequentiamo spesso questo locale, soprattutto durante le lezioni di sci di nostro figlio di cinque anni.
Un paio di domeniche fa, proprio durante una lezione di sci, veniamo chiamati dal maestro di nostro figlio, con urgenza, per portarlo in bagno. I bagni chimici purtroppo erano inagibili e quindi pensiamo di recarci presso La Genzianella.
Con orrida sorpresa, all’ingresso, l’operatore addetto alla sicurezza ci proibisce l’uso dei servizi igienici, nonostante avessimo riferito dell’impellente necessità del bambino, di essere abituali clienti e di recarci subito dopo al chiosco per la consumazione.
L’empatia e la gentilezza ormai sono virtù per pochi! Dispiace sapere che nemmeno nei confronti dei più piccoli ci sia tolleranza!
In bocca al lupo!
02/03/2025: Ennesima cena con amici, location sulle piste con vista fantastica. Ottima cucina e un servizio cordiale, gentile e alquanto professionale. Non siamo più abituati a tanta cordialità. Bravi
