I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and can say without hesitation that it was one of the best culinary experiences I've had in recent memory. The quality of the seafood was exceptional: every dish exuded freshness, care, and passion for the ingredients.
From the raw fish to the main course, everything was prepared with great attention to detail and a balance of flavors that showcased each ingredient.
Special praise goes to the chef, who is not only a top-notch professional but also a warm, kind, and incredibly welcoming person. It's rare to find someone so passionate, who can convey their love for cooking with just a smile and a few words between courses.

Abbiamo provato delle buone tagliatelle al ragù, forse un pò lisce, e degli ottimi bigoli al torchio con sugo ai carciofi.
Per secondo un ottimo guancialino di maiale con riduzione di cabernet sauvignon, morbidissimo.
Buono anche l'involtino asparagi, formaggio e prosciutto.
Per terminare in dolcezza una buona torta bianca di ricotta e mascarpone e una buona zuppa inglese.
Servizio molto giovane ma cordiale e molto attento.
Rapporto qualità / prezzo nella media.
Torneremo quando farà più caldo per vedere anche gli spazi esterni.
