For years, this place has served excellent piadine and cress but above all a pidaza that stands out in the sometimes desolate panorama of Romagna kiosks.

05/05/2025: Originally we just came for a delicious drink at lunchtime. But as people around us ordered lunch, the delicious smells also whet our appetite. The cuisine is excellent, highly recommended, even if we didn't expect it at first glance. We would love to come back here.

31/05/2025: In Emilia Romagna I think it is difficult to come across a bad restaurant or eat really badly. Well, this place in my opinion represents the exact opposite. Nothing is left to chance, customer care is at the forefront and the quality of the dishes served does not go unnoticed.
To complete the description, I can also say that the portions are abundant and the prices absolutely honest. Congratulations, I will definitely be back!

07/06/2025: Tonight I went to eat with my husband and my children in this little restaurant, my husband chose pizza while I chose tagliatelle allo scoglio, both SUPER GOOD, for both the right seasoning and not excessive it went perfectly with the sparkling house wine (even though we are not lovers of sparkling) for my children instead I asked the waitress if they could make pasta with tomato sauce and she replied that they could do it without any worries and moreover with the room full she let me have it ahead of me to keep my children calm
Highly recommended!

07/06/2025: I had dinner with my girlfriend this evening, as a true Neapolitan I had the pizza (which I must say was really excellent compared to those found around) while my girlfriend had the tagliatelle allo scoglio (which I tried) perfectly cooked and TOP sauce, if we return to Gatteo Mare we will definitely go back there!

09/09/2024: We had lunch yesterday with the family. Two did not eat fish and were served an exceptional tagliatelle with meat sauce. Abundant but above all a ragù made like it used to be. While the fish... what can I say... a very fresh appetizer and not super seasoned that you can't feel the freshness. It was delicate. Tasty and tasted like the sea. The barbecue was an illegal stuff that was good.
Professional and attentive service. Friendly owner and prepared for everything. Bill in line with what we ate. We noticed two details... it is frequented by many local customers. Which... means a lot.

18/04/2025: During a walk in Gatteo Mare I stopped at this fish restaurant and I must say that it was a very good choice. I ordered a mixed fried fish with vegetables and I was really impressed: crunchy, light, no excess grease, and the fish very fresh. The battered vegetables were golden brown, tasty and paired well with the rest of the dish.
Fast and friendly service, simple but refined environment, relaxed atmosphere. All accompanied by a good glass of white wine recommended by the waitress.
If you happen to be in the area, stop by: you can feel the quality, and the frying is really worth it!

10/05/2025: I had the pleasure of eating the best pidaza on the entire Romagna Riviera 😋!
Light, thin, fragrant and above all highly digestible. Quality ingredients, it is also possible to ask for variations, compared to the proposed pidaze. The staff is nice, friendly and always smiling.

30/09/2023: A place to eat a good piadina and also some special things like piadipizza. If you are looking for a simple piadina but also something more sophisticated I recommend it!!
The desserts are also good.
22/09/2023: Mi aspettavo una piadina doc.....visto il nome del locale di Raul Casadei. Invece poco ripiena e industriale. Con un prezzo medio alto. Non consiglierei.....visto l'abbondanza di locali

24/04/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante pizzeria e ne siamo usciti più che soddisfatti! L’accoglienza è stata calorosissima, merito soprattutto dello zio Vito, il titolare, che ci ha coccolato fin dal primo momento. Ci ha offerto per ben due volte una focaccia calda e deliziosa, davvero difficile da dimenticare!
Abbiamo ordinato due pizze, entrambe ottime, una tagliata con verdure grigliate e una cotoletta con patatine: tutto preparato con ingredienti di qualità e servito con cura. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è stato superiore alle aspettative, un dettaglio non da poco.
Un’esperienza piacevolissima che sicuramente ripeteremo. Consigliatissimo!
23/04/2025: Siamo stati a cena in questo ristorante con i bambini. Le cozze alla tarantina erano buonissime, la cotoletta con patatine è stata apprezzata dai più piccoli. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: cortese, attento e molto accogliente con i più piccoli. Un gesto molto gradito è stato non far pagare il coperto ai bambini, oltre ad aver offerto loro i profiteroles e a noi adulti un bicchierino di limoncello a fine pasto.
Ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo per una bella serata in famiglia
