29/12/2025: In late evening and night is full of kids and gangster looking people , specially on holidays and weekends slow service,I had to leave,if eating in companyu won't eat tougher I had to wait while my friends where already finished instead in normal week days is a bit better

29/12/2025: An experience to avoid! We had ordered two sandwiches, and they arrived after a half-hour wait at a less than hectic time (midday on a weekday). Furthermore, people who had physically placed their orders after us received them first, and we had to continue waiting. The worst part, however, wasn't the behavior of one of the ordering counter employees, who, in a challenging and irritated tone, told me, "You have to be patient, there's an order for 30 menu items ahead of you and they're understaffed." It was all very nice, except that, as I mentioned, people who had placed their orders 10 minutes after me received them, and I was left standing there waiting for half an hour, with my order number on the order screen having disappeared into thin air. Oddly enough, after I threatened to get my money back and leave, as if by magic, the order arrived within a minute, and it was wrong. I asked for the sandwich without cheese and it arrived anyway. I'm not intolerant, and that's fine, but if I were, what were we supposed to do? Should we have reported you? If you don't have staff for dining room service, keep Drive-Thru and Glovo orders open and avoid causing inconvenience to others!
