10/01/2025: I ask how long for n. 2 takeaway pizzas? They tell me 10-15 minutes! Ok I order and pay 14 euros and wait. After half an hour I discover that the orders are at number 34 while I have number 44. Not being able to wait any longer (at least another half hour), having a newborn in the car, I ask that the order be canceled with the return of my 14 euros ... already paid! Answer: we cannot cancel the order, because it would be a "mess" and then our policy requires that we put a stamp and when it returns we deduct the 14 euros. Asking for your money back is not possible at Martorano. I tore up the receipt and left. You have definitely lost 2 customers! Sometimes you get lost in a glass of water. Very bad experience.

07/01/2025: I took takeaway for dinner and in the bag there was one less sandwich which I paid for but didn't eat. I want to hope it was done in good faith and for an error that may happen. Generous sandwiches with good flavour

09/12/2024: I used to like their sandwiches until I came across one where the ground meatballs were mixed with long black hairs. I tried to remove them but the hair got all over the filling and I had to throw the whole sandwich away. Now every time I hear the name of the place it reminds me of that hair bun and the feeling of disgust🤢😫
