12/12/2024: Stunning panoramic place, very courtesy, a BERGAMOT ICE CREAM with many variations and the GRANITA WHICH ARE the local specialties since they were the first to make this very natural flavour. I recommend it, I ADD that among other things you can stop for a quick snack and of quality and for those who have more time they can have an excellent lunch or dinner. The management is family-run so it is all in the interest of leaving customers happy. They use all 0 km and artisanal products. Quality is not optional but an obligation.

29/09/2024: During an event organized by "Trekking Stilaro Experience", with the precious collaboration of Father Nilo and Professor Cuteri, we had the pleasure of having lunch at the "Il Castello" restaurant. The atmosphere you breathe upon entering the restaurant is welcoming and familiar, with an environment with attention to the smallest details. The staff welcomed us with kindness and professionalism, making us feel immediately at ease. Lunch was truly delicious, with dishes that highlight the authentic flavors of the Calabrian tradition. In particular, the parmigiana was one of the highlights of the meal: it literally melted in your mouth, with a perfect balance between delicacy and flavour. The pesto pasta, made with fresh ingredients, was equally tasty, with a rich and well-balanced pesto. All this was accompanied by a pleasant local wine which completed the culinary experience excellently. Ultimately, an impeccable lunch in an environment that embodies the essence and soul of Stilo. I highly recommend visiting "Il Castello" for anyone who wants to live an authentic gastronomic experience, in a context that celebrates the tradition and hospitality of the area.
